Game Day Grub!

We stopped in before a noon kickoff of a Michigan football game. Very quick service in such a rush of customers. The breakfast was delicious. I had the home made corned beef turned into hash with the fabulous homemade raisin bread toast. If you are looking for a roomy table and a quiet... read more

We have a student at U of M. This is our go-to spot for breakfast. The food is absolutely delicious. It is an extremely popular place so wait times can be extreme. We were there on Parent and Family Weekend and we waited for 2 hours to get a table for 3. But note: we WAITED. It's that good.

We have quite a few people so a long queue to get in. A little small but full of atmosphere. Delicious "special breakfast" with three eggs! lol

A long line to get in. Small but full of atmosphere. I had raisin French toast with eggs and sausage. French toast bread was not fresh instead hard and lacking taste. Even raisins and syrup couldn't camouflage the bad bread. I'll interpret as a bad batch this time.

Angelo's has been in business since 1965. In this city that is monumental. You can always count on good service and a good breakfast here at this townie favorite. The lunches are good but breakfast is great.

I did a to go order of the pumpkin pancakes which they start serving in October. The pancakes were good. It's three nice size pancakes five or 6 inches each. They have Angelo's to go on the side of Angelo's restaurant. You have to call to go number to place an order there. The pancakes were only eight dollars which... More

We went for breakfast on a Saturday. I had eggs, bacon and toast which was fine. Not big on potatoes and they overload the plate with them. My son had the rancheros breakfast. Overall very good. I enjoyed the fresh squeezed OJ and the fresh bread. We beat the crowd but got to watch the staff eat their breakfast at the... More

Whenever I'm in Ann Arbor,Angelo's is the breakfast place for me! If you can look past the wait time, then you'll sure enjoy all sorts of yummy homemade treats! They're consistently good.Their raisin bread is so very good! My husband's spinach feta omelette was made with fresh ingredients. You will not be disappointed!

My wife and I wanted to enjoy a breakfast at an Ann Arbor institution. The waitress was irritable and virtually unavailable. We ate at a table outside. When 2 bees kept on pestering us the waitresses response was, "There's nothing we can do about them" (?!?!?!?). With some insistence we were finally allowed to take a seat inside the restaurant.... Wow Wonderful breakfast, quick service, active atmosphere. Since it is summer break, it wasn't crowded. I had the huevo ranchero and enjoyed it. Many wonderful items to select off the menu.
