Theyw ere busy, so it's understandable the service was slow. However, they did keep bringing around free, chilled water to drink, which was a pleasant addition, The breakfast range is incredible; anything from eggs and bacon to a mexican-style tortilla, pancakes or waffles. They also offer milkshakes and a signature 'raisin toast' (but we were too full to try it)!... More

Perfect spot for n early breakfast in Ann Arbor. Get there early and avoid the line and crowds. We had a party of 5 and everyone enjoyed their choices. Large portions, enough that some went home with us. Great for families meeting their college children and having the younger siblings in tow. Fresh OJ hit the spot. Parking is the... More

Angelos is an institution around the campus at the U of M. Old fashioned diner atmosphere combined with light-hearted but efficient service and delicious food and plenty of it, this is a great place for weekend munching almost any time of the day.

Went to Angelo's with brother and spouses for breakfast. Had a 20 minute wait in this very popular restaurant near the gargantuan U of M medical complex. The service was very good, coffee was average, and the food was very good. I had the Omelette, with cheese, onions, tomatoes and peppers a side of potatoes and raisin bread toast, all... More

My husband and I used to eat here regularly back in the '90s when we were in school at UM and it was wonderful to have a Sunday breakfast here again! We arrived about 9:30, just before the long lines started to form. The bread for the toast, both white and raisin, is outstanding. The corned beef hash was really... More

Great food. Breakfast served all day as well as lunch. Parking us limited. Usually a line to get in especially on the weekends.

NOT the Angelo's I remember. We went on a Thursday afternoon, had eggs benedict and my friend had a waffle. The eggs benedict was good but not great, the canadian bacon was super salty and the waffle was just floury and suffered from a lack of eggs in the batter. But we were mostly struck by how dirty the restaurant... More

Although we are Townies I'd recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting or passing through Ann Arbor. If you have eaten at the Floridian in Ft Lauderdale, FL you will enjoy the similarity of eclectic selections on Angelo's breakfast menu. Maybe not all the wall hanging decor that the Floridian displays but a much healthier and unique selection of culinary treats.... More
