This Ann Arbor mainstay has been and continues to be one of my favorite local breakfast spots. They have great service and very delicious food. The only downsides are how busy they can get and how hard finding parking can be. Otherwise if you get the chance to go you wont regret it. This is a great family owned establishment... More

Almost every time I come here, I've had to wait for about an hour for a table, but the food is very much worth it. I have ordered different things each time, and each time, I have not been disappointed. The omelet is large and filling. The crab cake benedict is also rich without being too fishy, and the bread... went for breakfast on a busy weekend. Don't think we ever saw the hostess or the server ever smile. If it weren't for the yummy food would not recommend, too many other places, and I like to spend my money where people appreciate it. The staff acted like they hated their jobs, or mad they were working that day. Had... More

I found this gem on tripadvisor on our visit to Ann Arbor, with my husband for a conference. The FIRST time I went was with my two girls, ages 4 and 2. Upon arrival, we were greeted warmly and taken to a booth where the hostess asked if the girls would like some toys to play with. They both responded... More

This was a Sunday brunch institution for us 35 years ago and if anything it's gotten better over time. Still the best breakfast and brunch value around, good service, and waffles and egg dishes to die for. Parking can be a bit challenging but otherwise it's an A2 institution that has fared very nicely over the years.

If not for the server's crude comment at the end of our breakfast, I would have rated our visit with four stars. We were at this popular restaurant on a recent football Saturday in A2. As you might expect, it was extremely busy; we suspect this was the cause of what follows. Our server was as attentive as he could... More

Theyw ere busy, so it's understandable the service was slow. However, they did keep bringing around free, chilled water to drink, which was a pleasant addition, The breakfast range is incredible; anything from eggs and bacon to a mexican-style tortilla, pancakes or waffles. They also offer milkshakes and a signature 'raisin toast' (but we were too full to try it)!... More

Perfect spot for n early breakfast in Ann Arbor. Get there early and avoid the line and crowds. We had a party of 5 and everyone enjoyed their choices. Large portions, enough that some went home with us. Great for families meeting their college children and having the younger siblings in tow. Fresh OJ hit the spot. Parking is the... More

Angelos is an institution around the campus at the U of M. Old fashioned diner atmosphere combined with light-hearted but efficient service and delicious food and plenty of it, this is a great place for weekend munching almost any time of the day.

Went to Angelo's with brother and spouses for breakfast. Had a 20 minute wait in this very popular restaurant near the gargantuan U of M medical complex. The service was very good, coffee was average, and the food was very good. I had the Omelette, with cheese, onions, tomatoes and peppers a side of potatoes and raisin bread toast, all... More
