First..its so small, you can hear people next to you breathe! My husband and I took our kids and decided to have Eid dinner there. The place was so small, the food tasted like frozen microwave food. The portions were average. My son got a kifta sandwich that had a whole head of lettuce in it. Will we be returning,... More

If you like middle-eastern food, this is a great stop in the heart of Ann Arbor close to UMich campus. The hummus is to die for, as well as the felafel balls and lamb shawarma. They offer sides with your entree, which is nice for tasting. This place is for the young at heart and is filled mostly with students. I... More

Ok.. they are a little stingy with their baklava, but the food is amazing. I would go as far as saying this is my favorite Arabic food place in all of Michigan and that is a tall order. Their falafals are not greasy, their hummus is delicious. On regret, if their hot sauce. They dont have one. They use Frank's... More

The portions are huge, the food is delicious and the prices are incredibly reasonable. I've been here three times and each time was great except this time our waitress was really horrible. She completely ignored us, never even brought us water despite our several requests until well after our food came, and had a sour disposition. She was an anomaly,... More

One of the best places to eat in Asheville. Food is always great, staff has always been very friendly. The atmosphere is both exotic and cozy. We drive every few months two hours JUST to have dinner here.

We had a very nice visit with a very accommodating waitress who ordered us a customized combination of foods so we could sample exactly what we were craving. The wait time for our food during the early evening was not bad at all. We sat inside on a sunny day because we needed air conditioning, and the atmosphere is like... More

My wife and I are visiting Ann Arbor and have gone there twice for a late lunch. The falafel sandwich and plate meals are fantastic. We also had tabouli and the stuffed grape leaves. The service was very fast and the price was just right. (An extra falafel is just 65 cents). They have a nice patio as well. We... More

Rude staff and cramped space. Also, chronically out of a quarter of the items on the menu even before 7pm. When you can get what you settled for, half the time the food is dry and old (reheated?). If you are considering this place, do yourself a favor and go to one of the many great restaurants within a few... More

This was our first time here. Although my wife had take-out at an event a few years back... This was enlightening. No drinks, just water or lemonade. Took a little bit of time to get our order in because we were trying to figure some things out. Once we got our food, it was really just "Ok". I expected more.... More
