We chose this restaurant, as we do often when picking a restaurant, by the reviews on this site as well as Yelp. It ranked very high so our expectations were also high. We came on a Sunday morning for breakfast expecting there might be a line. We got there just before 9am (they opened at 8:30) and there was no... More

Came here with my roommates on a Saturday morning around 11:30 and only had to wait 10 minutes. It's cozy inside, but definitely a lot of people. The muffins are huge and dense, but quite good. I got blueberry muffin, and there were real fresh blueberries in it. Also a fan of the biscuits and gravy offered as a weekend... More

My husband and I decided to stop in Ann Arbor to eat on our way to the Detroit airport. We decided on Afternoon Delight after reading the reviews on Tripadvisor. It was a gorgeous day outside but we were told the patio tables were closed. We opted to eat inside instead of placing an order to go. We were seated... More

I ate here for the first time with a couple of people who have eaten here before. I got a typical breakfast, but they ordered meals that I never saw before. Fun! All of the food was delicious, and the price was right! I will return next time I'm in town!

After searching for a breakfast spot on Sunday morning and finding our first two choices with wait lines, we stopped in at Afternoon Delight and sat down - no wait, although the tables and booths were almost filled. On weekdays, I think this place has cafeteria line ordering but this Sunday, we were quickly served by a waitress. Fresh squeezed... More

Afternoon Delight was the place to go for breakfast 25 years ago when I lived in Ann Arbor. Today my wife and I went for lunch and were disappointed. Nothing terrible but nothing special either.

I loved the salmon eggs benedict! The prices were also very good. I also liked the location next to a record shop and antique store downstairs. I'll subtract points for mediocre potatoes and they don't serve alcohol. Got to have a Bloody Mary with my brunch!

The food was good, cooked to order. Husband was pleased with the turkey breakfast meat options. I had crisp bacon. The staff was friendly. We would probably go back. It was pricey though. $20 for two simple breakfasts. But, it seems most places in the area are pricey.

This place is a gem! Not too fancy, but exactly what you want in a restaurant: quality, delicious food and great service. I had the bacon and cheddar omelet and they were generous with both the bacon and cheddar. Eggs were fresh and delicious. Also had the blueberry muffin, which was large and really delicious. One nice touch they do... More

This place is not fancy, but you will find no better spot for a quick and tasty breakfast that will not break the bank. It has been here for years--and for good reason. Students and parents can both find great and affordable breakfast specialties with the namesake: Afternoon Delight.
