Great Breakfast and Brunch

In moving to Ann Arbor, I went with work friends. It was a diner driven place compete with the casual atmosphere the omelettes and service are great! Really enjoyed it for a casual place...

When Nick opened this place, Ann Arbor received a wonderful gift! We usually eat there once a week for breakfast. Portions are so large my husband and I usually split the omelette breakfast. My daughter loves their strawberry waffles. Servers are attentive and do a great job. They have good pancakes and lots of other great breakfast items. They are... More

I liked the large selection of pancakes, bennies and other egg dishes here. Service was friendly and efficient and even offered a free fill up on my diet soda. Definitely beats the hotel breakfasts and is reasonably priced as well.

SUMMARY: Great American breakfast with healthy portions. But why can't places like this invest in proper coffee? Why do I have to bring my own cappuccino? THE GOOD: Solid American breakfast. Nice waiters. THE BAD: Please serve decent coffee! I won't come back until you do. Portion sizes are too big to be considered healthy.

I'm at a loss to understand the people who rave about the quality of this restaurant. It's extraordinarily expensive and the food is just passable. I actually think McDonald's and Denny's serves up a better breakfast for 1/3 to 1/2 the price. I'll never go back.

Hung over? This is the alcohol absorbing breakfast of your dreams. Great pancakes and good bacon can cure anything. get your banana pecan cakes or your ace omelette and waffles and french toast. Heck they have a monte cristo!

My wife and I went for breakfast here they have a great breakfast selection . I had an awesome pecan waffle and my wife had pancakes and eggs and hashbrowns. They also offered some good daily specials and the prices seemed reasonable. I prefer Nick,s to IHOP. We will be back !

Was very hesitant going to Nick's HOUSE of PANCAKES at the recommendation of the hotel concierge. What a pleasant surprise! Great specials accompany the regular menu which includes a nice choice of "over-indulging" breakfasts as well as healthy choices. Given that it was a birthday breakfast and that the house specials sounded so great we had to try...splurged and ordered... More

Nick's is our favorite Ann Arbor breakfast place, and is easy to drive to - just off I-94. Service always is with a smile, the food consistent, and good. Dearborn ham is a big slice and great as a side when you order pancakes. We don't order the full pancakes as they're just too big and tasty. Easy back onto... More
