Was in town for an evening concert at Hill. Luckily, they were open until midnight on Sunday, so we were able to hit it up after the concert. My wife and I really enjoy great bbq and tasty craft beer. This place, as it would happen, had neither. We ordered the pretzels for an appetizer. Pretzels and cheese were both... More

I love beer and breweries. Blue Tractor is one of those rare breweries where the food outshines the beer. This is not to say that their beer isn't good. It is. But what stands out the most to me is their barbeque, their mix-and-match options on the menu, and the freezing metal bar which keeps your beer cold. I really... More

I don't do BBQ unless it's southern. So I ordered a salad with roasted pear and Walnut then added salmon for 4.95... I am quite surprised at how good both were. We ordered the cheese biscuits and they were far superior to red lobster biscuits. For dessert we had homemade Pecan pie using molasses. I am not fond of molasses... More

Decent place and decent food. I was with a group of 7. Lots of choices and all ranked about a 7 out of 10. Solid but nothing OMG crazy good either. Decent food but not sure I'd go back.

Walked past the Blue Tractor while exploring downtown Ann Arbor. The aroma of smoked meat was enticing and had us agreeing to come back and try the food at a later date. We did. The staff, although friendly, were slow. The food (bbq ribs and brisket) were okay. If you need a smokey bbq meat fix, go for it. I'd... More

On football saturdays our family always stops at the Blue Tractor before heading to the Big House (if a 3:30 game) or after the game if it is a noon kickoff. The Black, Blue, & Bacon burger is a favourite, as is the Bar-Be-Cue-Ban sandwich. Our children (5&7) love the kids menu.

Been here twice now, most recently Sunday, and enjoyed the food and beer. We split an order of the burnt ends and they were flavorful and meaty although not as good as the classic burnt ends I had in KC. The brisket sandwich and the Korean style turkey burger were both good and the sweet potato fries were perhaps the... More

We had sliders (good selection) and the burnt ends. The burnt ends were horrible. Half the ends were entirely fat. Not fatty brisket, but literally chunks of fat. Serving that doesn't show much pride or attention in the kitchen. The pulled pork slider was the best of the selection.

We had a really enjoyable lunch on game day during our visit to Ann Arbor. Michigan continues to produce some great brews and this should be included in that list. The food here doesn't take a back seat. The brisket sandwich and turkey burger were both fantastic and I could eat the BBQ chips all day. Service like most establishments... More

This is a true BrewPub experience, from the unique Craft beers, to the wicked BBQ and smoked meats featured throughout the menu. The "Ginger Peach Saison" and "Double IPA" that I tried were excellent - distinct tasting, served ice cold and bubbly by a friendly server, who chatted with us at length. The bartender even came over to have a... More
