Have Sucre's most delicious tiramisu while taking in the view. The café is situated just below the Recoleta Mirador, but even better because you can sit in recliners under the huge parasols and look over the terracotta rooftops of historic Sucre. The food is good to and not too pricey. I keep coming back, especially on sunny days.

Walked a very steep hill to get here. Take your time but it was well worth the effort as the views were stunning on a clear day and the hot chocolate ordered was amazing. The staff were also friendly. A definate must if you find yourself in Sucre!

Definitely worth the tough walk up the hill, especially for sunset. But better have dinner somewhere else, the food was not very tasty.

Had a slow walk up a quite large hill so be prepared and take your time but for the view alone it's well worth the effort. We rewarded ourselves with a tasty hot chocolate which put together with the view and the friendly and helpful staff Cafe Mirador is must on a beautiful sunny day.

We ended up just having drinks since food was a bit pricey. We mostly enjoyed the views and made sure we were there for sunset. The food seemed nice although I didn't try it. It is a must while in Sucre! You get to enjoy the nice views of the city. Also the way we took involved a pretty steep... More

Had a nice hour or so at sunset at this cafe. My wifes hot chocolate was basically just like melted chocolate and just heaven.

They serve local (Bolivian) beers at reasonable prices (20 or 25 bol a bottle). You can have your drink while appreciating the view of Sucre and the sunset. Although there is a tiring high walk to get there, it's totally worth it!
