My friends' risotto was, according to them, "Incredible!" My seared tuna was good, but really nothing special. The side of ceviche was tasty.

The restaurant would like to be more than what it actually is. Service is bad. The waiter even tried to cheat on us by presenting only the list of the expensive wines (yes they have two lists, one for "gringos" and the other for normal people). Food (I had lamb ribs with polenta) was barely acceptable.

I took a group of 16 work colleagues to the restaurant during a trip to Chile two weeks ago. The service was exceptional. The waiter spoke perfect American English despite being a native Chilean. The presentation of the food was superb and the food quality was exceptional. The location is near the Hotel del Mar in Vina, a central part... More

Came in today with my bf and service was great.. it was raining really hard and the server welcomed us in and took our umbrellas. I ordered the duck and my bf got the merken pasta. His pasta was great but not to die for, but my duck dish was oversalted and dry. Duck is supposed to melt in your... More

Superb cuisine that is freshly prepared and served with elegance. Prices are average for Vina which makes this restaurant a bargain. I plan to return in my next trip bringing 12 friends again!

Had a delicious lunch here. Ridiculously good service from Mario, who was a wealth of information about the menu and wines. We were the only English speakers in the restaurant. Never felt like a "mark," just felt well taken care of. Try the ceviche. You'll be happy. Very happy.

We were in Vina earlier this month for 3 nights. Our guide book listed this restaurant as a "place where the locals go". Not really true. Here is the deal: if you only want to communicate in English both with wait staff and menus this is for you. Once you are identified as American you are treated as a mark:... More

We ate here twice..a light lunch and then a full dinner. Food was excellent. Our waiter had 13 years in New York and was outstanding..friendly, outgoing and very attentive. Prices at upper end but excellent quality, great service and nice setting..try the clams with parmesano...or the cervice...all very very fresh ..extensive wine list with some very pricey items but a... This a must in Viña del Mar. We reserve for thirteen persons and found a very hospitable reception. Food was varied and very tasty, lots of choice and well prepared. Service was very animated and cordial without being invasive. Decor was simple and elegant. Salutaciones Mario y Sebastian From satisfied quebecquers.

We reserved for thirteen people and were very well taken care of by Mario, a Chilean man that had spent a few years in New York and was therefore able to understand us and be understood by us. The food was good but not outstanding and they had two wine lists. Be careful as one list contains very expensive wines... More
