Ravi serve up some of the finest cheap food in Dubai. Pakistanis eat Pakistani food here. For less than 30 dirhams, you can eat your fill, and leave happy. This is a street restaurant, with seating on the pavement at the end of a bustling Satwa, seatign inside the restaurant, and seating within the cafe element, behind the kitchens. plastic... More

After hearing so much about Ravi, I had the chance to have lunch here on the way back from a meeting. There are two part of the restaurant.... a slightly up market restaurant and a basic canteen ! Both didn't give me a good impression even though the waiters were very friendly and helpful... We each had chicken biryani and... More

Ravi's is something of an institution in Dubai. It is Pakistani food produced in improbably large quantities for mind-bendingly low prices and served in a dining room that is as noisy, hot and impersonal as you could imagine. I've never been to Pakistan but I am told this is super authentic :) The food is good, very good actually. It... More

Loved this little find in Satwa. Great food, unbelievable price, authentic quality and flavour. Lots of competition but clearly from the number of people, it's the best. Go try it for a great experience!

The restaurant it self isn't anything fancy, but don't let this put you off. The food is absolutely amazing and is so cheap. There was a group of 8 of us and the bill came to just over 200 AED for all of us & that was a feast! This is a really unique place to go as it attracts... More

I went to Ravi's to see what authentic Indian cuisine could be found in the Al Satwa district of Dubai. Whilst the interior is Spartan and certainly at the opposite end of the luxury spectrum for which Dubai is famous for, the cuisine was excellent. I went some of my classic Indian favorites, like dal soup and chicken jalfrezi. Both... More

After spending 3 months and countless trips to various 'high end' restaurants i finally took the advice of everyone and came to the 'famous' ravi restaurant. I wasnt disappointed (ignore the decor).. food was quick, cheap and above all very very tasty. Ive had a better biryanis (cafe aisha) in dubai but the chicken handi and dahl was spot on.... More
