An Indian delight on the palm Dubai.

A really well presented restaurant with great staff and beautiful food. They cater for all dietary needs and looked after my vegetarian wife with some excellent dishes. a big thank you to Buddhika and his team.

We ate here for our anniversary dinner and it was much below our expectations. The food lacked flavour, the menu had a limited choice for vegetarians and the service was not that great either.

Food is good and tasty. But ambience is not that great. Even service is very slow. Staff is in rush to serve you food. People come here to spend time and not just come, eat and go. The staff serving us food didn't ask us what we want from set menu. Though initially he said, he will tell us what... More

We have just returned from a week at the Zabeel and dined in Amala 3 times. The service is great and food delicious and fresh. We stayed here on a half board basis - we each had choice of any starter followed by any main course, rice, the most freshest naan breads and lentil dish all included - not forgetting... More

Fantastic food and atmosphere, even brought my husband a birthday cake at the end. I'm not usually a fan of desserts in Indian restaurants but had the mango mousse with pomegranate .... amazing!!

We ate here whilst staying at JZS as the kids love good curries (albeit mild ones). The kitchen prepared Kormas for them but the children didn't really like them - despite usually devouring them. My Lamb Rogan Josh was good and my husband's Butter Chicken was also fine.

The management does not know how to serve food. Never expected this from a 5 star place. Extremely mediocre experience and all food is cramped on a thali along with the starters and the dessert. It seems the are replicating a Grade III restaurant experience in the place. Be aware

We dined at Amala after it was highly recommended to us by friends and we weren't disappointed. The tasting menu was excellent value for money, especially the starters and items from the tandoor. The chicken, lamb and prawns were succulent and mouthwatering and the curries were made to our taste, which is spicy. We will definitely be back again.
