Description: Traiteur presents French brasserie cuisine against the backdrop of striking architecture. A magnificent showpiece staircase connects the restaurant’s two levels and gives great views of the kitchens. With a signature elevated show kitchen that literally positions chefs “on stage”, Traiteur is as much a feast for the eyes as the palate. The lounge, which is suspended from the ceiling, specialises in wines and traditional European aperitifs. Traiteur is also home to an exclusive Cave Privée set amidst a 4,200-bottle wine cellar, one of the most extensive in Dubai. Traiteur’s outdoor upper-floor terrace provides a cosy venue to enjoy music and cocktails while enjoying marina views. With its two private dining rooms, Traiteur can offer a different dining experience every time a guest visits.

Beautiful hotel. Interesting restaurant with open kitchens. We ordered papaya salad, chicken green curry, grilled fish in padan leaf. The fish was great. Green curry average. The mango with sticky rice was good. Interesting but small selection of thai cocktails.

First, I love going to the Park Hyatt as I find it as one of the most authentic hotels in Dubai with a special cachet. I usual go to one of the outdoor lounges which have a great view and a nice atmosphere. This time, we went to try the Thai Kitchen as we had an entertainer 2-1 coupn from... More

Food and service was great, Having dined at top restaurants in London, New York and Paris, certainly appreciate high quality. Alas, the Thai kitchen was overpriced for what it served.

We were temped by the Time Out suggestion that this restaurant is excellent. Well... First of all the design and surroundings are really nice and the open kitchen takes as to thailand. Well thats all of thai Ive experienced tonight. The staff is really slow and it took over 20min to get our meals. Ive ordered two dishes which were... More

This is my favorite Thai restaurant of all times! The staff is very friendly and the food is just amazing! The portions are small but believe me, you will be full! We order 4-5 dishes per person and it is more than enough. I love their shrimp toasts. Simply delicious. And of course the meal is not complete without their... More

The staff were very friendly and attentive. Only thing I would suggest they do is to stop trying to clear the table every 5 minutes and removing food we were still trying to eat. We had the chef come over to take our order which I thought was a very nice touch. Ambience and design of restaurant was lovely. Especially... More

Went for my wife's birthday. She is Thai... The food was authentic, real thai taste. Service very smooth and attentive. The manager was amazing. He took really good care of us but was not invasive at all. We have tried most of the high end thai restaurants in Dubai and the Thai kitchen is by far the best. Recommended for... More

Had dinner here a couple weeks ago. The ambiance and open kitchen concept add so much to this, otherwise pretty average restaurant. Food is presented tapas style, in smaller portions (very small). I appreciate the idea as it allows you to sample and enjoy several dishes. In our experience, it's basically a clever way to get you to pay more... More

We enjoyed a great dinner at The Thai Kitchen recently; the setting is lovely and having the open kitchens where you can see the chefs at work makes it really interesting. Loved the huge bowls of chilies and limes. The food is superb - all the dishes we had were tasty and beautifully presented. The entrée tasting platter and the... More

The second we walked in we knew that it was going to be good. There were cooking stations set throughout the restaurant. One for noodles, rice, ect. It was beautifully set up so you could see all the chefs cooking away. We sat on the patio, which luckily it wasn’t too hot, but if you’re in Dubai in the summer... More
