Description: Traiteur presents French brasserie cuisine against the backdrop of striking architecture. A magnificent showpiece staircase connects the restaurant’s two levels and gives great views of the kitchens. With a signature elevated show kitchen that literally positions chefs “on stage”, Traiteur is as much a feast for the eyes as the palate. The lounge, which is suspended from the ceiling, specialises in wines and traditional European aperitifs. Traiteur is also home to an exclusive Cave Privée set amidst a 4,200-bottle wine cellar, one of the most extensive in Dubai. Traiteur’s outdoor upper-floor terrace provides a cosy venue to enjoy music and cocktails while enjoying marina views. With its two private dining rooms, Traiteur can offer a different dining experience every time a guest visits.

Took my wife for an evening meal, these guys do buffet on Wednesday bringing what you want to your table. Wasn't impressed by the menu layout. Waitress was helpful in explaining the dishes but some took a while to come. Wife love thai food so she was happy. Desserts were most enjoyable for me. Good location and generally pleasant evening.

One of the best, multiple award winning Thai restaurants in Dubai. Beautiful too with a breath-taking view of the Creek. The food is a fine tuned, sophisticated take on authentic Thai. And the best part is you can watch everything being prepared in any one of the four glass cooking stations, semi-enclosed I assume, to keep the smell of cooking... More

We dined outside - very nice setting. It's pretty authentic Thai food but served tapas style ie you are encouraged to order 3-4 dishes each and share. Servings are generous. We particularly liked the prawn pad Thai, and the duck curry. Rice is served from wicker baskets whenever you need more. Reasonably priced given you're in the Park Hyatt, though... More

Amazing Thai food with great service. The place is amazing with show kitchens as well as option for alfresco dining. The menu is designed sharing style like tapas so you can try a variety of food. The food is really 5*. The service justifies the food and the place special mention to our server Ranjana and a big thank you... More

Restaurant seem bit busy when we arrived. Pretty good thai food, less in portion but tasty. Service was slow and no personalization. Sat down terrace near to garden. Only back ground music and should have the better heater for this moment.

I found the service to be impeccable. Not too expensive. The food is quite tasty. Go for the the duck curry. The mountain style chicken (forgot the name), the bbq style beef. Steamed fish option. Some dishes are just ok but most are good. If i were u and being a foodie go to the brunch at traiteur right next... More

Excellent Thai food for reasonable prices. The staff was very friendly and the ambience is nice and relaxing - especially outside on the patio.

Attentive staff and quality food! Great ambiance and beautiful venue! The tapas sharing concept for this Thai restaurant is definitely unique even though it's not my ideal dining style for Thai food. It can get a little pricey if you visit when you're very very hungry. A memorable dining experience but not the top choice of return visits.
