Traiteur presents French brasserie cuisine against the backdrop of striking architecture. A magnificent showpiece staircase connects the restaurant’s two levels and gives great views of the kitchens. With a signature elevated show kitchen that literally positions chefs “on stage”, Traiteur is as much a feast for the eyes as the palate. The lounge, which is suspended from the ceiling, specialises in wines and traditional European aperitifs. Traiteur is also home to an exclusive Cave Privée set amidst a 4,200-bottle wine cellar, one of the most extensive in Dubai. Traiteur’s outdoor upper-floor terrace provides a cosy venue to enjoy music and cocktails while enjoying marina views. With its two private dining rooms, Traiteur can offer a different dining experience every time a guest visits.

Not bad for Thai food in Dubai

Portions are small but prices are tuned to it. Order a few dishes and share. Located in the Park Hyatt with al fresco dining available. A buffet is also presented on Wednesdays, I believe.

Lovely setting in Dubai with a good menu and authentic taste. The service was excellent. Good wine list as well. Would visit again.

I visited on all you can eat night by accident, but am so glad I did, as I got to taste a lot of the menu... and I couldn't find a bad dish. It's not the best night to go if you're on a diet, or a picky eater, but if you like a variety of Thai food, then make... More

Very good place to eat if you dont want to leave the hotel. We had a group menu - many things to share and taste. Can recommend that if you have 5-6 companions.

Been two times. Food is all tapas portions so worth getting quite a few. Love the papaia salad and tom yum soup. Good winelist, nice view and good service, especially the lively Korean lady at the door.

We ordered minced beef with basil, chicken coconut soup, green papaya salad, and steamed bok choy in garlic and ginger. Each dish, albeit quite small (better order at least 3 per person for a reasonably filling meal) was not in the slightest bit lacking. I make sure to order minced beef and chicken coconut soup every time I eat thai... More

Having eaten here in the past on a Friday Brunch I was expecting better. The food was very tasty but not genuinely Thai as many of the dishes were too sweet. They did not have the kick of chilli and lime you normally associate with Thai food. The quantities were also very disappointing. We ordered the plate of mixed starters... More

I have been three times since 2013 and must say that the place and the ambience is enough to feel home. Add to it the staff is highly friendly and the food is very delicious.

Delicious thai food, quality ingredients, Wednesday night all you can eat is good value and service is lovely. They cook yummy food and aren't stingy so when it says crab salad there is more crab in there than in you will get anywhere else. It is spicy so if you don't like spicy food you have to let them know.... More

What more could you ask for--waterfront dining on the grounds of a yacht and golf club. Inside or out this place is suitable for groups in small gatherings. Food is brought in small dishes making them easy to sample everything from mango salads to thai chicken and large prawns. Add drinks for a minimal price and your glass will be... More
