Traiteur presents French brasserie cuisine against the backdrop of striking architecture. A magnificent showpiece staircase connects the restaurant’s two levels and gives great views of the kitchens. With a signature elevated show kitchen that literally positions chefs “on stage”, Traiteur is as much a feast for the eyes as the palate. The lounge, which is suspended from the ceiling, specialises in wines and traditional European aperitifs. Traiteur is also home to an exclusive Cave Privée set amidst a 4,200-bottle wine cellar, one of the most extensive in Dubai. Traiteur’s outdoor upper-floor terrace provides a cosy venue to enjoy music and cocktails while enjoying marina views. With its two private dining rooms, Traiteur can offer a different dining experience every time a guest visits.

The Thai Kitchen has a great brunch deal on Fridays. Food and drinks for around 300 AED. You can't beat the atmosphere near the yacht club and the water.

Excellent Thai, overall a great menu but if you look at the Set Menus (you can swap the odd dish) you get a great evening of non-stop eating.

The interior is cool with live cooking. It is colourful from the ingredients. Avoid the all you can eat night, the quality is better on other nights.

The food at Thai Kitchen was very well made, however be warned that the dishes are very small. It is a little misleading that the menu states that dies are served "Family style" which make one think of a big dish but they will only feed one person at most. The waitress actually recommended that we each order two dishes.... More

Small serves but this is reflected in the prices (well for a restaurant in a 5 star hotel at least). Delivers on flavour.

Located at Park Hyatt, Dubai.... location wise an excellent choice overlooking the Dubai Creek & Marina... Great outdoors as well as indoor seating... Choice of Thai meals are mouth watering, staff well aware of the menu & their recommendations on how mild or spicy one requires is great..

Took my wife for an evening meal, these guys do buffet on Wednesday bringing what you want to your table. Wasn't impressed by the menu layout. Waitress was helpful in explaining the dishes but some took a while to come. Wife love thai food so she was happy. Desserts were most enjoyable for me. Good location and generally pleasant evening.

One of the best, multiple award winning Thai restaurants in Dubai. Beautiful too with a breath-taking view of the Creek. The food is a fine tuned, sophisticated take on authentic Thai. And the best part is you can watch everything being prepared in any one of the four glass cooking stations, semi-enclosed I assume, to keep the smell of cooking... More

We dined outside - very nice setting. It's pretty authentic Thai food but served tapas style ie you are encouraged to order 3-4 dishes each and share. Servings are generous. We particularly liked the prawn pad Thai, and the duck curry. Rice is served from wicker baskets whenever you need more. Reasonably priced given you're in the Park Hyatt, though... More
