Description: Traiteur presents French brasserie cuisine against the backdrop of striking architecture. A magnificent showpiece staircase connects the restaurant’s two levels and gives great views of the kitchens. With a signature elevated show kitchen that literally positions chefs “on stage”, Traiteur is as much a feast for the eyes as the palate. The lounge, which is suspended from the ceiling, specialises in wines and traditional European aperitifs. Traiteur is also home to an exclusive Cave Privée set amidst a 4,200-bottle wine cellar, one of the most extensive in Dubai. Traiteur’s outdoor upper-floor terrace provides a cosy venue to enjoy music and cocktails while enjoying marina views. With its two private dining rooms, Traiteur can offer a different dining experience every time a guest visits.

Excellent Thai food for reasonable prices. The staff was very friendly and the ambience is nice and relaxing - especially outside on the patio.

Attentive staff and quality food! Great ambiance and beautiful venue! The tapas sharing concept for this Thai restaurant is definitely unique even though it's not my ideal dining style for Thai food. It can get a little pricey if you visit when you're very very hungry. A memorable dining experience but not the top choice of return visits.

I took my parents to Thai Kitchen for a chance to experience a different cuisine on their 54th wedding anniversary. We couldn't have hoped for a better day at their Friday brunch. With fruity cocktails, small, tasty and plentiful plates of food which are ideal for a slow graze. The staff couldn't have been nicer, we had a wonderful table outside... More

I wanted to bring to your notice about the disappointment that me and my friends felt yesterday while dining at Thai Kitchen. The entire experience was really very bad and it all started as soon as we were seated. During the entire meal we were served by 4 different waitresses. Our mains arrived before our starters, one of the starters... More

Went there last night with a friend for dinner. Initially they got our reservation wrong and it took them a good 7-10 mins to sort out a table. The drinks arrived 20 mins after we ordered them and the dinner arrived 45 mins after we order. They got the order wrong as well, my friend and I had to share... More

Beautiful hotel. Interesting restaurant with open kitchens. We ordered papaya salad, chicken green curry, grilled fish in padan leaf. The fish was great. Green curry average. The mango with sticky rice was good. Interesting but small selection of thai cocktails.

First, I love going to the Park Hyatt as I find it as one of the most authentic hotels in Dubai with a special cachet. I usual go to one of the outdoor lounges which have a great view and a nice atmosphere. This time, we went to try the Thai Kitchen as we had an entertainer 2-1 coupn from... More

Food and service was great, Having dined at top restaurants in London, New York and Paris, certainly appreciate high quality. Alas, the Thai kitchen was overpriced for what it served.

We were temped by the Time Out suggestion that this restaurant is excellent. Well... First of all the design and surroundings are really nice and the open kitchen takes as to thailand. Well thats all of thai Ive experienced tonight. The staff is really slow and it took over 20min to get our meals. Ive ordered two dishes which were... More
