One of the best Thai food in Dubai....

Found this restaurant after going thru bunch of people asking for directions. The food was good and I absolutely loved the location as its next to a mall and Dubai Fountains. Visit this restaurant if you are craving for Thai food.

Being fans of Thai food, we decided to try this widely recommended restaurant... and were not disappointed! The staff were very friendly and accommodating and service was very quick. At first we had decided to sit on the terrace with its fantastic view of the Burj Khalifa, but after our starter we decided to escape the heat and ask for... More

I have been to the restaurant 3 times now in my trips to Dubai. I am a vegetarian and therefore my review is limited to a very selected section of the menu. I took some dead body eaters as guests in my last trip and they raved about how delicious the dead bodies were. In specific, I think Tofu in... More

Mango Tree is situated in an amazing location - which if timed right - can be a dinner and a show. Book reservations early if you want to sit outside to watch the fountain show outside the burj khalifa. The food was fantastic and the staff was so attentive. I went for a birthday and they sent us home with... More

Fantastic restaurant over looking the fountain display. Delicious food. Make sure you request "mild" dishes as even mild is quite spicy. Fantastic staff.

It's a nice place to sit and relax, however the food and cocktail we ordered were very mediocre for the price

The service was great. And the prices are very fair. Have a nice collection of wine and amazing scenes of the fountain. The food comes out pretty fast and it was my girlfriends birthday and they managed to suprise both of us with a cake. would definitely visit again when im in dubai

We went to this restaurant specifically to watch the Dubai Fountains show. It was really magical! We booked in advance and asked for a view of the show, so were sat right at the edge of the balcony. That was fantastic and definitely the best way to experience the fountains. Lots of people get up from their tables and come... More

My finance and I came here yesterday as we both felt like Thai food and didn't feel like eating in the mall. The service was impeccable, the waiters were very attentive and friendly without being imposing. As appetiser we ordered: the soft shell crab with the mango salad, and the pad Thai spring rolls. The soft shell crab was delicious... More

Staying in Downtown Dubai

Neighborhood Profile
Downtown Dubai
You can’t fail to miss Dubai’s iconic Burj Khalifa, the world’s tallest building. It towers over the city and resides in the prestigious Downtown development. Once an old army base, Downtown is now the jewel in Dubai’s crown, a beautiful residential and leisure area housing not only the world’s tallest building, but the world’s largest fountains and mall. Wide marble sidewalks are perfect for strolling, with restaurants, art galleries and children’s play areas. Specially commissioned sculptures line the roads and Downtown is often used as a canvas for modern art displays and community events such as Classic Car Shows and National Day parades. In the cooler months, cross one of the many bridges to the Burj Khalifa park and enjoy a picnic alongside residents and visitors, or enjoy a lunch or dinner watch the dancing fountains. Because of its mixed use, Downtown is a fantastic place to mix with Dubai residents and locals and watch real life unfold in a cosmopolitan environment.
