Good food, but expensive

In line with so much Dubai has to offer, this place is great but overpriced. Great views of the Burj Khalifa and water and light display from the terrace. Good food and good service.

This was the first restaurant we visited when we first arrived in Dubai. Being a Sunday, we were given an absolute feast...as much as we could eat!! The quality of the dishes were spectacular in every aspect of the banquet that we had. The service by the staff was second to none! An experience we will remember for a very... More

We visit here several times a year and have always enjoyed the terrific food and the view. It's great for both lunch and dinner and offers a big view of the fountain. We also noticed it's popular and has the layout to accommodate couples for quiet romantic dinners as well as big groups for birthdays.

We went in this restaurant the second day in Dubai and every aspect is really perfect! We were travelling with a baby of 1 year so I booked in advance via mail and they have been very nice! When we arrived they have been again very nice, the food is good and well presented and, last but not least, the... More

This was the first restaurant we visited in Dubai, and five years later, it is still wonderful. The location of the restaurant is great - close to the Dubai Mall, the Palace Downtown Hotel, the Address Hotel, etc. One has a choice of sitting inside or out - temperature permitting, always opt for outside on the balcony where you can... Enjoyed a great meals here last week. Food and service was excellent, but the locations a a must to watch the night time fountain show. A little over priced, but your ay for the location. Very romantic, but book for a waterfront table.

Well everything is in the title! Do we need something more. We went there on a thursday evening without reservation and could get a table with phantastic view on the fountains by waiting only 5 minutes. If you go quite late you can have good chances to have a table without reservation. The food was excellent, the view of the... More

This is a very busy restaurant with high noise levels at peak hours, so it's not a place to come for a business conversation (at the height of our meal, which was after 10pm, we had to actually yell to hear each other over the ambient clatter and voices). That said, the food is quite nice, service is attentive and... More

If you like to see the Dubai Fountains, reserve a table at the Mango Tree with outside seating overlooking the water and the fountains. You will sure enjoy the dancing fountains while dining.

Neighborhood Profile
Downtown Dubai
You can’t fail to miss Dubai’s iconic Burj Khalifa, the world’s tallest building. It towers over the city and resides in the prestigious Downtown development. Once an old army base, Downtown is now the jewel in Dubai’s crown, a beautiful residential and leisure area housing not only the world’s tallest building, but the world’s largest fountains and mall. Wide marble sidewalks are perfect for strolling, with restaurants, art galleries and children’s play areas. Specially commissioned sculptures line the roads and Downtown is often used as a canvas for modern art displays and community events such as Classic Car Shows and National Day parades. In the cooler months, cross one of the many bridges to the Burj Khalifa park and enjoy a picnic alongside residents and visitors, or enjoy a lunch or dinner watch the dancing fountains. Because of its mixed use, Downtown is a fantastic place to mix with Dubai residents and locals and watch real life unfold in a cosmopolitan environment.
