This is our second trip to stay at Shangri-La and we were celebrating my 50th birthday. We didn't mention that to the hotel, but they noticed the date on my passport. The service in this restaurant was perfect. They tended to every need we had. The musician was very talented and played music to suit the atmosphere. We had the... More

I went to Marrakech restaurant in shangri la Dubai during a short visit to Dubai with the family. The atmosphere was calming there was a singer with a soft music and this was nice, apart from this the setting and the food were average. There was a buffet which is exactly the same food in the menu. Comparing the prices... More

It's easy to choose either the a la carte menu or the buffet option. We chose the buffet option and the wait staff, and later, one of the chefs, explained all the dishes as we made our selections. The food was authentic Moroccan, fresh, delicious and plentiful, whilst the staff were sufficiently attentive. A short taxi ride from most hotels... More

I love Dubai. I've been here about 7 times and each time I see something new. I've stayed at the Shangri La three times now and I keep coming back because I love the atmosphere, the location and the rooms. I got a standard this time but last time I got a horizon suite... both room are nice but the... More

Nice Moroccan food , good enough for a person to experience it. A must try for people who want to taste authentic Moroccan food. Located conveniently on Sheikh Zayed Road. The hotel has valet parking facility .

Firstly, the fact that we wanted a la carte from the menu rather than the desiccated buffet caused a great deal of confusion. It went down hill from there. Only one wine from Morocco on the wine list? Shame as Morocco has some great wine. Obviously it is the wine list from the hotel that has not been properly revised... More

such a wide selection of Moroccan specialties - harira, b'stilla, salads, lamb meshwi, tagines of chicken, lamb, kofte and fish, couscous in many forms and a whole table of moroccan deserts. All of the team are Moroccan with one excpetion and deliver the very warmest of welcomes and passion for their food. This is one of my favourite restaurants in... More

Chose this based on reviews and close proximity to my Hotel and wished we had just hopped into a taxi to go somewhere else. The restaurant is situated in the Shangri-La Hotel and so is a Disney version of a Morrocan restaurant. The Buffet is very average with a range of salads and tagines - the bill was 650 AED... More

This little Morocan restaurant in the Shangrila La Hotel, is as good as you would find in Morocco. With suburb decor and great service this is a wonderful experience. Live music added to the experience.
