This is the epitome of an American diner - called Manhattan. The service was so terrible my wife walked out early. Took ten min to ask us what we wanted from the menu. Only 3 customers at the time. The server was inefficient and does not smile. The Saudi manager speaks no English and adds no value to the Hilton.... More

Hilton is the largest hotel in Jeddah. Located on the sea side. The hotel is big compared to other Jeddah hotel. It has underground parking, so no worry about sun heating up your car. The lobby is spacious. Food in the restaurant downstairs of the lobby was ok, but expected to be better. Banqueting service is excellent which makes the... More

Have been a very frequent visitor to the wonderful hotel. Has a great lobby view and as you step downwards into the restaurant it is a wonderful place for a business lunch. Great menu, great seating, great food. A little over priced, but that's part of a quality hotel in town.

The restaurant is beautifully decorated, nevertheless, it fails to deliver the on food, service, and is overpriced (SAR300 per person). Ramadan Iftar their in not worth 1/3 the price that they ask for. they service you as if they making you a favor. The service is too slow, and they give you that look as if you are begging. What... An ideal place for buffet lunch. A huge variety of foods from many cultures and delicious. There are no licensed premises in Saudi Arabia. No alcohol is served in the country.

I don't remember very well but I had a lot of meals in this hotel. The service was okay but I went for the buffet. Try not to go for the menu but try to go for the saudi stuff with the lamb burried in rice. I hate that they hate a smoker's section inside of the restaurant. That's weird... More

We had both the sliders and the cheese burger. They don't have regular burgers; you have to order a 'speciality' burger and modify it down to a regular cheese burger...of course you pay the same. Burger price range from $20-$25, which I guess is normal for hotel prices. The atmosphere was nice and bright. They had EPL football going on... More
