A good dining experience

The Hilton dining is in fact much better than what's thought off as far as I am concerned. Have been there for buffet lunch more than once and it never disappoints. However a little pricey considering the varieties on display. The mandi is just too good and so is the um Ali.

How Hilton still feel it's reasonable to charge lodgers £180 per night and then a further 100SAR for wifi is beyond me. Ihg (intercon, holiday inn, crowne plaza etc) offer free wifi to all of their members regardless of level. Hilton currently offer this to just diamond or some other senior member. Joke. The hotel is one of the largest... More

Usually, once a week me and my husband go for a meal, one of the best buffet dinner in Jeddah. Alsafinah is targetted. First, food is nice, sitting area is comfi, and food amount is huge variety.. I mean you get really stuffed, desert area is modest..well average but my husband loves their Aum Ali pudding. By the time i... More

Me and my friends went there for winter break. Room was spacious with lovely balcony. We had coffee everyday in this balcony , specially in that time of the year in jeddah, weather was lovely , staff were friendly with my friends kids. The only thing that I don't like, I've noticed that there's no enough security in term of... More

This is the epitome of an American diner - called Manhattan. The service was so terrible my wife walked out early. Took ten min to ask us what we wanted from the menu. Only 3 customers at the time. The server was inefficient and does not smile. The Saudi manager speaks no English and adds no value to the Hilton.... More

Hilton is the largest hotel in Jeddah. Located on the sea side. The hotel is big compared to other Jeddah hotel. It has underground parking, so no worry about sun heating up your car. The lobby is spacious. Food in the restaurant downstairs of the lobby was ok, but expected to be better. Banqueting service is excellent which makes the... More

Have been a very frequent visitor to the wonderful hotel. Has a great lobby view and as you step downwards into the restaurant it is a wonderful place for a business lunch. Great menu, great seating, great food. A little over priced, but that's part of a quality hotel in town.

The restaurant is beautifully decorated, nevertheless, it fails to deliver the on food, service, and is overpriced (SAR300 per person). Ramadan Iftar their in not worth 1/3 the price that they ask for. they service you as if they making you a favor. The service is too slow, and they give you that look as if you are begging. What... An ideal place for buffet lunch. A huge variety of foods from many cultures and delicious. There are no licensed premises in Saudi Arabia. No alcohol is served in the country.
