Modern Colonial Surroundings

Set down a lane way opposite the palace and catering for upper end diners. Very good Lao & European menu. Wines good. Service good. A change of pace once seated from the hustle and bussel of the famous Luang Prabang Night Market, just 200 metres from the entrance.

We went there for our great time. I had a pork steak, my boyfriend had Lao food. We love a butter garlic for appetizer. Steak could be done better than this but anyway it might be a Lao style. The Lao food is good taste.

My partner and I had a great meal here. The service was excellent and the chef came out to ask us about our meal.. all around a pleasant dining experience with food to match.

After 3 days of enjoying Lao food, we had a great Western dinner at Blue Lagoon. We enjoyed all the dishes especially fresh seafood!!

Very nice food but verging on pretentiousness. This could just be down to my personal preferences but I prefer wine in a normal sized glass rather than one the size of a small goldfish bowl. I also like my wine bottle within arms reach rather than 10 feet away. I'm perfectly capable of topping up my own glass. The evening... More

I knew this restaurant would be good so we saved it for the last night. Everything was 5 star from being led from the beginning of the alley through their foyer to our chosen courtyard table to the service, food & experience. We had no qualms with our food we all thought it was exceptonal & the service here was... More

Down a small lane but easy to find (hard by the former royal palace); and in a very pretty courtyard. Lots of young staff are eager and sincere in wanting to make you comfortable and happy. This is probably as close as Luang Prabang comes to fine dining, so how does it stack up? The menu is vast. IMHO too... More

I had my first meal (dinner) in Luang Prabang at this restaurant with my colleagues. There was a great variety of choices from local (Laotian) to western food here. A must visit restaurant, especially for the first-time visitor to Luang Prabang, as this restaurant will give you a great taste of the Laotian cuisine and also western menu (if one... More

The food at this restaurant is the best I've ever had. The staff was great and so kind. Went back many times during my stay.
