Another few visits to El Ons during our holiday (3 actually!) Cannot fault the place - you sit overlooking the road and watch the world go by - it's quite funny watching the goings on, watching the same car drive past 3 or 4 times!! El Ons isn't the fanciest restaurant in Sousse but the food and service are certainly... More

We enjoyed the food and local atmosphere here that we went back again - we were not disappointed. The second time I had that chicken dish that was simple and delicious, better than the more expensive food served in the more salubrious restaurants further down the street. Good upstairs location where you go through the locals back room into the... More

We found this restaurant to be poor, the food was indifferent to inedible (I would recommend staying well away from swordfish a la chef which was cooked from frozen and tasteless and served with tinned pineapple). We had chosen this restaurant due to the recommendations in tripadvisor which said that it served Tunisian food, but not on our menu. Most... More

We had 2 meals here and both were excellent. Not the most celubrious place in Sousse but the service and food was excellent - especially the couscous. The restaurant overlooks the main road so you can look at life whilst eating! Well recommended. Tunisiamad

Thanks to TA reviewers - this went on my list of restaurants to look out for and we were sufficiently pleased with our meals that we ate there 3 times. (It's right at the start of B. 7 Novembre, diagonally opposite the Movenpick hotel. It's upstairs, not to be confused with a completely different restaurant beneath, so it was good... More

A small friendly restaurant serving good value Tunsian and international dishes. Try the ojja (eggs in a spicy tomato sauce with seafood). The video screen can be a bit off-putting.

We came across this restaurant by accident on our first search for dinner. I actually thought we were being directed to the first floor of a street-level restaurant but they were two completely different establishments. It was one of those happy chances which make life more interesting. We’d already scanned the menu, and noted an interesting mix of dishes. A... More
