The meat was grossly raw, our entire party of 5 and others had to send the burgers back to the kitchen. Service was extremely slow with plenty of personnel that should have been able to handle the few costumers.

The restaurant is pleasant to be in. The songs played are not ridiculous like other egyptian restaurant. There is a salad bar, free cheese and refilled water. Thats what i love most. But the taste of the burger are just like anywhere else. An overpriced burger.

Very good .. Super clean found in the largest mall of alexandria .. Portions of food are very nice with a good job done at the kitchen .. Salad bar is fine .. With their own baked bread and sweets .. Recommended for family and friends outings.

let alone other international franchises for burgers and fries... this place is another thing,,,, cleanliness is super.. food is delicious,, cooks know what is what,,,what is well done and what is medium well and what is medium rare and all of this... i like this place..

Quite expensive in comparison to other Fasfood Burgers. But you have a salad bar grap whatever you can, and dont miss the cheese. Yummy....
