Best Falafel in the world !

Best Falafel in the world .... that's what the Guardians wrote about Mohamed Ahmed's Falafel and they're right about that ! Great place for breakfast on a Friday morning. Totally recommended if you're in Alexandria.

This is a very basic place for locals to eat. Tables and floor were dirty, as were the uniforms of the waiters. The foul was the worst I ever ate in Egypt, swimming in grease (not olive oil) with hard beans. Falafel was well spiced but again far too greasy. The green salad was chopped up like rabbit food and... More

They over a wide range of traditional foul and flafel dishes beside omelets and grilled cheese. It has finally opened again after a long closure so it's a place not... More

We were just in Alexandria and were so looking forward to some foul but the place is closed. Check back later but if you are heading to Alex only for this resto, think twice.
