This restaurant is value for money. Good option of salads and very good falafel we have ever tasted in Egypt.

We really fell in love with the worlds best felafel you can get there. The salads, the foul, baba ghanough.....everything is very tasty and to be recommended. The waiters are friendly and spreak a little bit of English so there are no difficulties. Try to get a table upstairs if there a free ones, it is a little bit quieter.

the exquisite taste of the most Egyptian foods. you WILL NOT find a better tasting falafel anywhere else in Egypt. and of course their signature "fried cheese" is literally out of this world. Mohamed Ahmed is definitely the best place to have breakfast, brunch or supper in Alexandria.

We had a wonderful meal including best felafel ever, fried cheese, delicious salads, foul, eggs and fresh bread. Definitely would eat there again if I have the chance. This place is heaven for vegetarians.

Terrific place. Been so many times... amazing food (fuul,falafel, lentil soup, chips, eggs, salad etc all fresh and served in seconds)... and with drinks and tips the bill comes to less than £4. Amazing.

The food at Mohamed Ahmed is just plain delicious! It's your standard Egyptian eatery: fuul, tamiya, and salads.
