Well, I found some of their food are good but some other are very so so.. Not somewhere I'd like to return though..

GAD is famous for its shaorma sandwiches which are very tasty and unexpensive. The place is acceptable as hygiene, even for foreigners.

This is a reliable chain restaurant where you can get authentic Egyptian food at very reasonable prices!

I was told about Gad by a friend of mine and went there and had a good meal. The cleanliness was average at best but the food was good. I stopped going there though because a friend of mine got food poisoning. I didn't have that misfortune but wasn't ready to take the risk.

authentic egyptian dishes - lots of choices and they will do smaller portions of each thing so you can select a lot of items to try. Not too expensive either fitted within my meagre budget :)

it's sound good to eat egyptian foods in it but for me i prefer Abo Shakra more, because Abo Shakra is fantastic place and it's food is so delicious

Cheap and good. I've really enjoyed Feteer and white rice. But seats are in a really hot area, even with 4 A/C working, and service is a little bit chaotic. But the food it's great, and the patience will be repaid.
