Across the street from Hotel Cherica, their menu is rather modern than Irish Pup. The service was at the top of their game. Dinner and drinks was a great way to finish off the day. Did not want to leave, so one more drink at the bar.

The location is excellent, great view, near the sea, friendly staff, very busy place. The food was not so good, we waited for a long time to come, and when it did it was cold. Quite expensive place and not at all an irish bar, more of a fancy restaurant

I went to this restaurant couple of times, and everything was excellent, service, food, value. Waiters dont keep you waiting. The place as big as it is, is was permanently almost full.

This is a very famous place of eating in Constanta, both for local community and foreigners. You may choose from many and vatious delicious foods. You may try also sweets (a little bit expensive than other restaurants, starting from 14 RON the cheapest one). View is very good.
