After few days of sampling local cuisine in Kosovo, couple of my friends from abroad started to miss what they’re used to in Western Europe. Having been in Pjata before and been impressed I decided to pay them a visit. The result was: two and a half hours over a leisurely Sunday lunch. As expected, my friends found out that... More

I have been at Pjata several times. In spring 2013 it was really one of the best restaurants in Pristina. Now it is to expensive compared to the quality of the food. It's a pity.

I have visited Pjata regularly for more than ten year and always found the food to be good. The menu has a good choice and is varied from time to time. Service is good and the atmosphere pleasant.

Great place to dine outside. Wonderful Italian food and wonderful pet friendly hosts. I had eggplant in creamy yogurt and it was divine.

A group of 18 of us descended on Pjata for lunch unannounced. They cooked 18 meals to order without blinking and we all raved about the food. The staff and ambiance were refreshing. Wis I could drop in for lunch tomorrow!

The standard of food in Kosovo is very good, but hardly sophisticated. That is why Pjata stands out: its cooking is international standard, and so is the wine list and the service. The first time I ate here was more than 10 years ago, and it was just as good in 2013, so you can add consistency to its merits.... More

I've been a few times and I am still not convinced. It's more of an "I want, but I can't". They try to offer something special, internationally oriented, but doesn't get it really. Some dishes can be good but then others are disappointing. Worth to check it as there are not many choices of this kind in Prishtina but pricey... More

very well judged italian style food. well dressed salads, good fish. more expensive than it should be for Kosovo, although still cheap by european standards. not hugely atmospheric - slightly cool atmosphere, in my view, a bit too brightly lit. But friendly, well trained staff

Very nice restaurant. A bit pricey for Pristina but worth it. Contemporary food and modern ambience. A good surprise!

The Pjata is a tricky place to find. It's next to a large OSCE compound but is tucked away behind its gardens. Once found it is cosy, it was very quiet when we ate there, and it feels a little spartan inside. However the food was excellent although the menu choices might be a little limited for some. Great steak... More
