Working abroad and having to eat by yourself is never fun so I was delighted to have been directed to this lovely traditional restaurant tucked away in a pretty garden serving freshly prepared grills, vegetables and the most wonderful freshly baked bread . There was a huge variety of dishes and the staff were were very polite and helpful and... More

Staff was very friendly and had a good command of English. We were recommended to take the casserole. This was indeed very good with tasteful meat and vegetables. Even the accompanying bread tasted good! One of us ordered a pasta and this was also very good. Would definitely go here again!

Very good service and well presented food. "Traditional" restaurant in a side street just after the pedestrian Mother Teresa Boulevard across UCK. Attentive waiters and good variety of regional cuisine with a bit of Italian thrown in. The "spicy" dishes are very good (I liked the Pljeskavica with spicy sauce)

We went to Liburnia at about 10PM after walking out of a different restaurant because of the horrible service there. We were pleasantly surprised to be greated by a very enthusiastic and kind waiter at Liburnia named Shaip. We were in a group of about about 10 people, and Shaip offered to put together a mix of traditional appetisers to... More

I went to this restaurant with my colleagues last year, and we were happy with the overall food/service. That was the main reason I decided to go there again with my family this month. However to our surprise we got the worse possible service ever, the food arriving very late, waiters not paying attention to us(we had to request multiple... More

My first impression of Liburnia was it had a lovely rustic feel with a wood oven burning away in the corner, a very nice outdoor seating area with plenty of shade for those hot sunny days. Service was very good with a good selection of wines. The starter and the sweet were very good made with fresh ingredients, excellent fresh... More

This restaurant certainly has a great atmosphere. Low dark wooden ceiling, an open fire stove where tavas and other dishes are prepared, rather dim lightning, passing Albanian music - a perfect hideaway for an evening to forget about the life outside. And on a sunny day, you can really enjoy a lovely shady garden. They have a nice menu of... More
