We were attracted to this restaurant, as it was the only one in the old walls that had outside heaters, allowing us to enjoy the atmosphere of the chilly evening within the walls. A nice restaurant with a small but interesting menu and a good quality. Service is good - food is good also but not exceptional for justifying prices that are much below average for Kotor. Still a descent solution if you want a late dinner and you are a smoker :-)

I don't know if it was because it's the end of the season, if the restaurant had been overwhelmed by three cruise ships docking that day or something happened in the two years since we visited but this didn't even seem like the same restaurant. Service as horrendous. We had to ask for everything from 'may we sit down?' to... More

Just visited on a spur of the moment birthday dinner. Quite a limited menu for evening dinner, would be great for lunch. we had the Montenegro pasta and a fillet mignon both were excellent. Delighted to see Ricard pastis on the drinks menu. Complimentary drinks given for a salad dish arriving after it was cancelled but they did wrap it... More

We ordered mozzarella sallad, and after a while found a feather in one of the sallads. We told the waiter and then we waited. After a long while we asked what was happening. We were told that a new salad was being prepared, and even said that we did not want it anymore. We then asked for the check and... More

The food we had was excellent but the service wasn't great and the bar next door starting turning the music up a notch all the time so by the end of the night you couldn't talk to the person next door to you as it was that deafening.

The old town in Kotor is always a delight to behold and a great place to relax and have a nice meal outdoors. I discovered the Hotel Astoria on a previous visit here fairly late at night, when we were looking for a place to unwind after work. On that occasion we had a few beers and some late night... More

What particularly attracted me to this place was its positive reviews and that it did American pancakes. I loved the range of options on the menu, including types of fresh fruit and vegetable juices. Plus, the prices were reasonable (although not cheap). Its menu and prices and can be found on the internet. Although it took a while to find... More

we went to Kotor for a day trip and asked the tourist information for a place to eat. they recommended Astoria. Great meal , very good service and the dessert was just too good. Cookie crumble sundae has to be had. we ordered one between the 4 of us and fought for our portions:-) not cheap but great
