Our worst experience. Prsut was fairly good, but the rest not. We visited on a Christmas night, waiting time was long - we were the only people there, but we could live with that given the timing. My husband is a smoker but he was told to go outside to smoke - at some places, they let him smoke inside,... More

The best thing about this place is the interior. Unfortunately, with Kotor being an al fresco dining sort of town, it means that you're unlikely to get the opportunity to enjoy the inside. Having said that, if you're unfortunate enough to experience a downpour on your visit Scala Santa is one of the nicer places to dine indoors. The service... More

I had the grilled squid which was quite fresh and not too bad. My two friends had beef. One had a steak and other beef stroganoff. The meat was almost inedible. The toughest meat and tasteless. The prices were very high compared to other places in Montenegro and although the service was good the food was quite awful. Also very... More

We stopped by for lunch and were pleasantly surprised. We had an excellent Greek salad followed by one of the best spaghetti carbonara we've had. Very fresh.

Let me start off by saying that I have had to dock a few points off for the service in this restaurant. The first reason being that our table (and others) were totally overlooked during our meal- despite the restaurant being only half-full. This was due to the 3 waiters on service that night being far too pre-occupied with pampering... More

We ate here after not being able to find Galion. The prices were reasonable considering it was such a touristy location. The service was attentive and friendly. However I ordered the mixed skewer which was supposed to be skewers of fish, squid, octopus, and prawns and when it came out there was no fish, and no octopus?! Instead there was... More

We braved the touristy location and got exactly what we deserved: bland tasteless food with pretentious service at humongous overprice. More expensive than finland but way worse quality. Overcooked redfish with watery potatoes and spinach topped with garlic olive oil. The other dish was greasy shrimp pasta, the only taste being grease. Avoid this place if you have some sense... More

We read a lot of reviews, thought we would try it. Maybe having been to Galion the night before did not help, but none the less this was not a good meal. The staff were friendly and helpful, the menu was extensive (admittedly, not always a good sign) but the food did not even equate to bad homecooked food, but... More

This restaurant is in a wonderful setting in Kotor Old Town, with a quirky interior. Service was friendly, the atmosphere relaxed, and - as the title of the review says - the food delicious. And the prices are very reasonable, bearing in mind the amount of tourists that descend on Old Town. Highly recommended.
