Quaint local restaurant

We ate here on a stormy, rainy night. The inside of this restaurant is in an old building with a vaulted ceiling. The service was friendly and the setting cosy on a stormy evening. The food was simple, traditional, fresh and tasty with very delicious fresh fish with a reasonable wine selection.

We stumbled on this restaurant down one of the many alleys in Old Town, Kotor. There is nowhere to sit outside that I could see, but that suited us because it was raining. The service was quick, the food was decent (I had fish & chips), and the portion sizes were good. The cost was reasonable too.

We visited Cesarica after reading the reviews. Many of the starters we tried to order were not available as they hadn't ordered them in because it was quiet. No excuse for that, they should have had an alternative menu. As we ran out of choices so we had the salt fish. Big mistake. I know it said it on the... More

This place has amazing food at great prices! The grilled shrimp were incredible and the portion was huge. They were a lot of work but oh so worth it! :-) Our waitress was very friendly and the atmosphere was lovely.

A little out-of-the-way, this small restaurant is worth the hunt. The fried calamari is a whole delicious plate--not watered-down with cheap fries like at other places in Kotor. And the tuna was delicious. Prices were very reasonable and service was great. Dark beer on draft, as well, which is hard to find in Kotor. This is a unique place in... More

We visited here twice, the service was excellent, friendly and always polite. The food was really very good, the fish was very well prepared. Even when we arrived at closing time we were served an excellent squid risotto and were not rushed. The restaurant has a fabulous interior with a nice display of the owner's photos.

Cesarica is a great restaurant off a main square. All the food we ate there was delicious- a fresh array of seafood cooked in traditional ways. Top picks were the squid stuffed with squid and cuttlefish black risotto. The waitresses were attentive and friendly and gave us great recommendations. The wine was cheap and delicious. I would 100% recommend this... More

This place is great. If you want fresh seafood cooked in traditional ways this is the place to go. Highlights included the black risotto, squid stuffed squid, the clams and the bream. So good we went back twice. Very friendly staff.

This restaurant was recommended by our hotel, and we were highly pleased. We had seafood, which was terrific - fresh, cooked properly, and seasoned well. We recommend the grilled fish and potatoes. Portions were generous. Service was excellent and the prices were reasonable. Seating is limited, so you my have to wait during the busy season.
