We were in this place one day ago, it was more or less all right. Our waiter was polite and the food was okay, but maybe his colleague could have helped him, then we do not have to sit over the empty plates for 15 minutes, and another 15 to wait until the bill arrives. But as i told, was... More

We went there this morning because our hotel has a deal with Il Padrino to serve breakfast to their guests. We gave the waitress the paper as a proof that we were sent by the hotel. The menu was already planned, written on the paper. It included 4 dishes. My boyfried was not hungry so just ordered coffee and juice.... More

This place is very cosy near the water. And that's just it. The food was not nice and the waiters even worse. Waste of time and money.

Food was cold. Don't eat the bruscetta. Tuna was horrible and vegetables tasted like seagrass. Mind this restaurant!!!

We went here for a light lunch and ordered a bruscetta, it was terrible. No fresh tomatoes just dry bread with a tomato paste. However the service was good.

My husband and I were biking around Zadar and stopped here for lunch. It's a nice place and we enjoyed it very much. We only had one salad and one pizza, which we shared, but those two items were good. If you are looking for a quick bite along the water, this is definitely a good spot. I probably wouldn't... More

We were a bit worried about eating here - having read a few reviews while waiting to be served. But there was nothing for us to be concerned about - the food was good, especially the grilled fish and the location was perfect for enjoying the mid afternoon sun.

We had two pizzas. Both were great, specialy pizza "il padrino" with tartufi. Other one was vegeterian, also nice. Restaurant is situated by the sea in a deep shade, very close to "sea organ" which is tourists atraction.

After walking around in Zadar for a couple of hours it was a relief to find the restaurant on the lawn next to the sea. The view was great and the mild wind from the sea was reliving. The food (dumplings in three-cheese sauce) was OK without being great. The service was fine.

We have eaten there on one of the evenings at Zadar. Even though the food looks tasty, out of 6 people, 2 had stomach problems that night after the dinner...
