Delightful

It is close to the spot where NCL drops you off in Zadar so we made sure to return before we got on the bus. As noted in other reviews the waiters are excellent. My wife has a food allergy and they made sure that no wine was used in the preparation of any of her food. I had the... read more

Service is very good here. The asparagus soup was a bit bitter so a bit disappointing. But pasticiada was nice although beef could have been more tender. Rib eye is very nice but pricey and you don't get any side dish with it which was not mentioned by waiter. Wine was quite good. There were little flies buzzing around and... More

The restaurant is pleasantly decorated and the atmosphere is good. We both had fish soup for starters which was fine. For mains I had swordfish which was cooked to my liking. And my partners steak was also very good. Service was friendly. Worth a visit

We were tempted in by the original, and more local looking menu. The very friendly waiter recommended a few of the local dishes. My husband chose the cuttle fish local dish, which he loved. I ordered the swordfish with pistachios and almonds with wild asparagus but ended up with tuna with asparagus due to a communication error somewhere! The tuna... More

Great choice of restaurant and deserves a visit! We had a lovely meal . A local Croatian dish recommended by the waiter and were not disappointed. Waiter was excellent at his job! Reasonable prices and lovely Croatian wine.

We tend to eat a little later than the local populace it seems, but found this place with a few people sitting and eating (we don't like sitting in empty restaurants. Lol). After a quick look at the menu, we decided to go in. Greeted by very friendly waiters, we were seated in a pleasant decor and nice mood surrounding... More

This small but lovely restaurant has very good food and the service is excellent. The waiter is doing an excellent job and the offered menu is very special. Prices are normal. 2 persons can eat a very good dinner (dinner, glass of wine, coffee, desert) for approximately 300 kn (40€). I recommend to visit this small place hidden and lovely... More

So good we went twice! Another recommendation from TA which led us there... We stumbled across it having already eaten asubstantial lunch elsewhere determined to take it easy in the evening. That dint work out...... 3 courses later! Have to say it was excellent especially the servise. We returned the following day for a light lunch which also didnt go... More

We went there as it was the top reference in tripadvisor. And everything we got there matched the high expectations we had. We had a mixed salad as a starter, took the lamb goulash, the tuna steak and the dalmatian beef. Everything was top in both, quality and taste! Try the cakes for dessert - delicious! I can fully recommend!!

This end of Zadar is clean and dominated by one of , in my opinion, world's great plane trees, offering shade from the heat and a home to birds. It is 3 minutes walk from the Guest House Pegla where we stayed
