We have chosen this restaurant after reading reviews on trip advisor and also after recommendation from the owner of the apartment we have stayed in. Although the setting of the restaurant is great and food was nice the service leaves lots to wish for! We have had our dinner quite late 10ish pm and during the meal we have been... More

A delicious meal in a very intimate setting. We choose a set menu, including Dalmatian bruschetta and fish tartare, roman gnocchi with shrimps and truffle, grilled fish with roast potatoes and vanilla panna cotta. Our best meal in Croatia so far!

Extraordinary in all the possible ways. The terrace has excellent size and ambiance with direct access to the fortress. Very different. Very personalised service with good knowledge and candid examinations of the menu. The appetisers and main courses (fish) superb. Definitely the best in Zadar.

We found this place by accident on our first night in Zadar. We'd been out exploring our new surroundings and visited the sea organ when we decided to follow the coastline on our way home hoping to find a great seafood restaurant. We stumbled upon the somewhat unassuming restaurant but decided as it was at the harbour it was likely... More

We had dinner here and were very satisfied with the quality of the food and the service. We had a large fish grilled (served five) with side orders, some wine and dessert. The staff is professionally friendly and speak good English. The terrace is water front and sheltered from the road.

We enjoyed a wonderful meal here! We decided on a set menu and were not disappointed. The grilled sea bass was cooked perfectly accompanied by equally good mashed potato and zucchini. Our waiter recommended a good local wine which we very much enjoyed, desert was one of the lightest panne cotta we have ever had. The sea views completed a... More

On a recent tour of Croatia we had a delicious lunch on the terrace of this lovely restaurant. The servers were friendly and efficient and our three course meal was outstanding. We had the fish soup, sea bass and a yummy dessert. This is a very pretty setting outdoors and I would highly recommend it if you are Zadar.

The restaurant sits in on the edge of a small harbour beside the old city wall where you can watch the boats tie-up in the evening. The staff are really friendly and efficient, the sea food is excellent and the whole atmosphere is sublime. Great spot, great local wines too. Not cheap but great value.

We had two of the set menus at Fosa, one was 4 courses and one was 6! The food was of good quality and though I'm not normally enthusiastic about seafood this has changed my opinion. The service of the courses was well-paced. At the end of the night we were keen to get back to our hotel to catch... More

Great service and food. You mainly pay for look of the place and where it's situated than for chefs work but fair enough. We had some good food there; Fish soup was great, octopus salad very rich but tasty, tuna tatar very good and lovely shrimp risotto. Worth to visit if you don't mind spending 400+ kuna
