a short walk from the Hotel Tirena, we visited here after reading the reviews. We both had steak and we were not disappointed! A huge fillet steak cooked to perfection for me, melted in the mouth, best steak I've ever had! Dessert was also lovely. We came back for our last night and it was just as good, very reasonably... Steak in gorgonzola cheese was amazing, the best we evere had, prepared on a open fire barbecue. Wine Dingac recomended by a great gentlemen and fabolus waiter Miho was a big gem. And our second visit, perfectly cooked mix fish for two, just great. Thank you for the wonderful expirience.

You are on the Adriatic coast so forget for a moment steaks, chevapi and pizza...have some seafood and wine for almost the same price. Nice place, good atmosphere, and good food. Service was good as long as the manager was there, after that we were waiting 1/2 hour just to get the coffee and the bill (I had to get-up... More

We were lucky enough to be staying very close to this amazing restaurant in Babin Kuk, but if you are not, I thoroughly recommend making an effort to get there. The No. 6 bus from just outside the Old Town goes there. The first night, my husband and I had the steak in shrimp sauce. This was without a doubt,... More

This was the best meal we had the whole time we were in Croatia. Delicious filet steak cooked over an open fire with a prawn sauce. Amazing. We had three courses, beer and wine and for the 2 of us came to about £60 which is amazing for the cut of meat. This was recommended to us by another guest... More

My wife and I ate at the Komin last night, we found it on trip advisor and given the reviews thought we'd give it a go... Well we weren't disappointed at all. The service was outstanding, the staff very attentive, we sat outdoors under the trees which was stunning. I had a lovely salad as a starter as did my... More

Good prices and big portions. Came for lunch. The mussels were good but the risotto with seafood pretty mediocre. A good spot but not the most inventive.

This restaurant is located in beautifully, and the food isn't bad either. Ate the sausages and they were great and somewhat spicy as you would expect. The staff was very service minded and nice, I really think you should give this restaurant a try!

Excellent, food, service and environment. All at very reasonable prices. If ordering a steak, ask for th thick one. They will know what you mean and it is most succulent. If you like fish but not salt let them know when you order. Draft beer is rediculously cheap as is the wine.

In short, fish starter for two, two huge fillet steaks with a king prawn sauce, 2 beers, a litre of wine and 2 deserts all tasted absolutely amazing! The steak was cooked over an open fire in the main restaurant, must see and try! All of this for about £60! Such a bargain and the waiter was a good laugh... More
