Delicious - try this

We're not vegetarians, but we hardly ever eat meat and we prefer organic food. Nishta was excellent, on a rainy Friday evening in May - and relatively easy to find. We had the falafel and it really hit the spot. Not only was it hot out of the oven and delicious (a nice crunchy outside and excellent... read more

This restaurant was recommended to myself & friends whilst on a tour.... So we decided to give it a try. The staff were very helpful and welcoming... The food was fresh and tasted great ... The restaurant itself is quirky... Sit inside so you can read the walls and tables (yes that's right I said read!)... Ken & barbie are... More

I'm not vegetarian yet but came with vegetarian and vegan friends and was delighted by delicious Vegetarian dishes and original organic lemonades served by very friendly waitress. Nishta in Sanskrit defines an elevated state of mind in meditation, at the stage before nirvana - this was the state I have reached savoring nice Vegetarian cuisine on the quieter street of... More

As a traveling vegetarian it can be disappointing because I feel as if most choices are salads only. I was told about Nishta's from a friend who went there a few years ago and I was not disappointed. My family started with The Trilogy appetizer and moved on to Falafel, the Bar-bea Burger, Temperitos, and a pasta dish with tofu... More

Good service and OK atmosphere, but disappointing food. Steer clear of the Hi! pasta in particular. Dubrovnik isn't overflowing with vegetarian options so this may be the best you get, but it's not brilliant.

My partner and I were staying on Sipan island around 45 minutes from Dubrovnik and were only able to eat bread and fruit at breakfast time for the week (I'm vegan, my partner Veggie) so you can imagine how happy we were when we visited Nishta (3 days in a row). We tried to cover the whole menu but sadly... More

I was longing for a meal that wasn't the typical tourist town restaurants' vegetarian offerings of pizza, salad, mushroom risotto or a plate of grilled vegetables, so after reading about this restaurant in a guidebook we sought it out. Happily, it did not disappoint. I had the aptly named "Pastalicious" which was both pasta and delicious! I would have liked... More

Perfect place for vegans, vegetarians and omnivores alike! I am a vegan and was thrilled to find this place on my visit to Dubrovnik. The menus is so unique compared to the many veggie restaurants I eat at. The staff were lovely and knowledgeable. I have some food allergies and they were very cautious to ensure what I ordered was... More

The menu is full of nice and interesting dishes, very hard to choose! We went for indian platter and falafel, both excellent. The set up and decoration on the terrace is a bit basic for my taste, could be more tempting and cosy. Good and friendly service, reasonable prices.
