An amazing restaurant. Unfortunately, we dined here the night before they were closing for the season so had a limited menu.

My husband and I had an early dinner at Villa Ruza after sailing around the different islands for the day. Joseph was our waiter, and an excellent one at that! I ordered the pork, which was phenomenal, and my husband the fish, which was quite a production. He throughly enjoyed it. The views from where we dined were amazing. This... More

Villa ruza is amazing. The owner of the place is the most helpful person ever. We had the reception of our wedding in villa ruza and had the best day of our live there. the location is just unbeatable at the whole Adriatic. So is the food! everything together creates a unique atmosphere. If you are planning your wedding in... More

This is one of the best places in the world I have ever eaten at! Josip (the head waiter) was so helpful and knowledgeable in regards to the menu and suggesting dishes and wine. He also took every care to make sure we were happy and comfortable with everything. We had a meat platter to sample many of the different... More

This place is situated on one of the most appreciated spots at the whole Adriatic. Feel of the breeze of air here can not be compared by any other restaurant except maybe Namos in Mykonos. However, the food here is old-fashioned and distasteful. Furthermore, if you would ask for adriatic fish you would be probable served with one week old... More

It's hard to imagine a place more beautiful than Villa Ruza, which from the moment you walk through the gates nestled in the woods on a peninsula, feels like this secluded bit of paradise. We walked from the public ferry dock on Korcula around to the restaurant, a totally pleasant walk that only highlighted the drama of walking through Villa... More

Whilst on holiday at the nearby Kalamota Island Resort hotel on Kolocep , we decided to visit the Villa Ruza restaurant for my wife's birthday. We had emailed in advance to book a table with a beautiful view & the restaurant were quick & efficient in their responses. We walked across to have a look on our first day on... More

This is one of the rare occasions when I really struggled to understand why my personal experience seemed to be so much at odds with that of everyone else. Based on TA reviews, this would be the #1 restaurant in the whole Dubrovnik area. Therefore, dear reader, you will appreciate with what excitement we actually arrived there for lunch a... More

We spent a day on the island of Kolocep while visiting Dubrovnik and while there we went out of our way to make sure we ate at Villa Ruza. The food was excellent with plenty of flavour and the service was great. The surrounding view added to the experience perfectly. If you visit Kolocep I would definitely recommend eating at... More
