Superb selection of local wines served by enthusiastic and knowledgeable staff. Dalmatian ham is slightly smoked and delicious. Anchovies with sun dried tomatoes a special treat.

This is a cracking little place, in a great location. The best option is to choose the mixed cheese and meat platter and let the hugely knowledgeable waiter "do" the wine for you. Great value for money, and a really pleasant evening people watching in a great part of town.

The wine, cheese and meat was fantastic. Our waiter was also friendly and knowledgable. I loved the live music - it was the perfect soundtrack to our evening. One thing that would have made my evening even better would have been a small tasting menu. Although I love drinking wine I really struggle to pick something I'll like from a... More

I would give Paradox 7 stars if rating system allowed it. Here's why: 1. Fantastic service in a great location. 2. The Jazz Band we heard last night (21 May) rivals anything we've enjoyed in Chicago, New Orleans and NYC. 3. Outdoor covered seating available. 4. Fantastic selection of wines with super knowledgeable staff. If you are new to Croatian... More

Really lovely little restaurant. Here I discovered that the Croatians are bloody good at making cheese. Plenty of bread and sides come with the cheese board you order. Equally they are just as good at making wine. The restaurant is thoughtfully laid out. Good spacing between the tables so conversation is easy. Nice decor. Wonderful service and the waiters and... My husband and I ate here on our first night in Split. The service was excellent and the cheese and smokef prosciutto even better. We had our cheese with a Sav Blanc. We would highly recommend!
