Just perfect

The Paradox has a great selection of local and foreign wines, both by the bottle and glass. Their cheese and prosciutto platters are out of this world (we had the Pag cheese trilogy and dalmatian prosciutto) and accompany the wines beautifully. We visited this bar a couple of times during our stay in Split and we were ever disappointed. Great atmosphere; relaxed but the staff were very attentive and extremely knowledgeable about the wines etc! Perfect place to spend evenings with friends or partners. We also tried the food there which was delicious too; nothing big but nice to nibble on... More

Stumbled across this place one evening and it was great! Nice wine and a great cheese platter to share. Not very pricey either so perfect! The staff were very friendly and know a lot about the wine and cheese giving us lots of info about the origins and great recommendations.

Lovely little spot for a glass or two of wine and some cheese. The service was excellent but it's more of a wine bar and not a restaurant. However the variety of the offerings is extensive and the staff know there stuff. Great spot we would definitely visit again as it is unique and has a nice feel.

Just happened to be staying close by and recognised the name from Trip advisor. Extensive selection of wine, cheese and meat to choose from. Our waiter was very informative and happy to advise, offering alternatives when our original choice wasn't available. We were only supposed to stop for one glass but stayed much longer, definitely recommend!

My friends and I visited this wine bar during our stay in Split. Came here on our last night and enjoyed some fantastic Croatian wines. The waiter was extremely thorough and explained where the wine was from. Great atmosphere, cute, and cozy. Would definitely recommend.

The place is really a wine oasis in the city center but far from usual touristic routes. A great choice of wine and appetizers, great staff and charming atmosphere. Worth visiting for all wine lovers.

My husband and I visited Paradox for a late lunch and some wine and we were so glad we did! Due to the timing of the day, there was only a few people around but we didn't mind as we had the attention of the waiter who gave us excellent service. He was very knowledgable about the cheeses, charcuterie, and... More
