We've visited the place during Christmas time and the atmosphere was vivid and entertaining. The place was full of people and different traditional brandies were a hit. It was just what we needed to warm up in a rather freezing weather. An advantage for the place in a location, the central square called Pjaca.

It was a nice experience, we had fine wine and we were offered a small cheese pallette free of charge. That was a small detail that will bring us back again

I visited NoStress Cafe in Aug 2013. The Truffle Steak was AMAZING! Although it was one of the pricier items on the menu, the dish lived up to its full expectation. The steak was tender and cooked to perfection. The truffle sauce, which had real truffle bits in it, made the whole dish a delicacy that MUST BE TRIED! We... More

visitied the place recently with my family and must admit that there are much better places also for value. We have ordered pasta and grilled chicken. salt apparently is their favourite seasoning... Pasta was awfull, extremly overcooked. Service was spot on but they must try harder on their food quality especialy if on menus are some masterchefs name on them...

The waitress remembered our preferences and we didn't have to remind her what we want to drink :-) And again the tuna steak is highly recommended, the best ever!

I have to say that each meal i had here was really tasty. Interesting signature dishes, dear carpaccio or so. Great variety of sea salts and olive oils. After few glasses of vino, last one was on the house, which happens rarely recently...great place for me

I will state just one thing, how can a restaurant present a plate of 6 parcels of ravioli (albeit tastefully arranged), and call that a serving for a main meal? My 6'5 inch husband was not impressed, while I fell about laughing! Mind you the bill soon wiped the smile off my face. PS...However the mushroom soup was delicious.

If there is a 'Main Square' within the palace walls then Nostress is located in it, with another 4 other restaurants in close proximity. We stayed in Split of 8 days eating b'fast, lunch & dinner out so got a pretty good feel for the prices/quality/service etc. Outside the palace walls being the cheapest and more expensive within. A prime... More

The Restaurant is located on the corner of the Piazza and, as we were the first evening diners, we were able to choose a corner table and people-watch as the atmosphere changed from busy daytime to buzzing evening. Our food - I had trout while Mum chose chicken - was well cooked, nicely presented and tasted very good. My tiramisu... More
