Description: Creme de la Creme is a patisserie where you can enjoy exquisite...
Creme de la Creme is a patisserie where you can enjoy exquisite French-inspired desserts, from colorful and delicate macarons to an extensive selection of cakes and tarts. We also offer you other popular international temptations such as cheesecake and tiramisu, but if your tastebuds crave for the traditional, splitska torta (Split Cake) awaits you, made using our grandmothers' recipes with all-natural, local ingredients. The quality of raw materials comes as first priority and therefore, we are proud that our desserts are made exclusively with butter, eggs, natural sweet cream, quality chocolate, fresh fruits, and locally-sourced nuts. All desserts are hand-made from scratch, and our goal is to provide our guests and customers with sweet satisfactions, as that gives us satisfaction. Other than desserts we also have a master barista on hand who proudly roasts his very own speciality coffee, promising the freshest blend for Creme de la Creme guests. Creme de la Creme is tucked into Ilicev prolaz, a passageway just off the Marmontova shopping street. At the end of the passageway, we offer outdoor seating on the charming Morpurgo Square.

Best Coffee Found in Split

This was the only place in Split that was able to make a microfoam capable of making a latte heart. All the other places gave you a bubble bath when you asked for a cappuccino. It is in a nice courtyard with great nightly music.

I've been here before to get a tiramisu in a cup thingy and it was delicious- would give it 4 or even 5 stars after that if I knew about TripAdvisor then. But last week I stopped by again to try their cheesecake and was seriously disappointed. It was just too sour and salty, the taste was very unpleasant. I... More

We visited this place plenty times. Excellent cakes, Illy coffee and fair prices. They serve best cheese cake I ever ate!

We visited here late after reading online reviews. There was still a good selection available and a nice outdoor seating area. The staff were very friendly and the cake was lovely and rich and reasonably priced.

We were in the mood for dessert after dinner so we went walking around and happen to come across this place. It was a little late in the evening so a lot of the choices were gone. We picked a fruit cake and the amalie. The amalie was very lite. Couldnt really taste any of the flavors. The fruit cake... More

After a great dinner elsewhere, we headed over to Creme de la Creme for dessert. We didn't arrive until about 9PM. It looked like many of the desserts were gone, but we did get to try a couple of different cakes and pies. I had this local heavy Croatian cake that had figs, raisins and walnuts. It was like a... We found this place on tripadvisor and had to stop by at 9pm one evening for a dessert. The cake was a bargain at under £2 a slice and we could easily have shared one. The staff were lovely and there was a great outdoor seating area. All in all, a good experience.

We dropped by Creme de la Creme for a quick late afternoon tea consisting of Splitska Torta and Tiramisu desserts and coffees. It was a pleasant visit as the cakes & coffees were good. Service was also pretty good and prompt. Recommended for high tea when you are in town shopping or sightseeing!
