Description: Creme de la Creme is a patisserie where you can enjoy exquisite...
Creme de la Creme is a patisserie where you can enjoy exquisite French-inspired desserts, from colorful and delicate macarons to an extensive selection of cakes and tarts. We also offer you other popular international temptations such as cheesecake and tiramisu, but if your tastebuds crave for the traditional, splitska torta (Split Cake) awaits you, made using our grandmothers' recipes with all-natural, local ingredients. The quality of raw materials comes as first priority and therefore, we are proud that our desserts are made exclusively with butter, eggs, natural sweet cream, quality chocolate, fresh fruits, and locally-sourced nuts. All desserts are hand-made from scratch, and our goal is to provide our guests and customers with sweet satisfactions, as that gives us satisfaction. Other than desserts we also have a master barista on hand who proudly roasts his very own speciality coffee, promising the freshest blend for Creme de la Creme guests.

Surprise for pastries and excellent coffee

Nice room, a little uncared (many lamps are burnt out, seats are a bit outworn), but you fell well there. The pastries are high class, especially "Splitska torta" is a hit. The best are the coffees you are getting. We never had a better Stretto with cream than in this place! Even not in Italy.

The classic cakes like Sachertorte were well-executed with generous portions. They also had interesting gateaux such as fig and walnut sponge, burnt caramel and chocolate tart. The staff are polite and helpful too. The only downside for us was that the decor is cream and small children + chocolate + cream chairs makes for anxious parents!

Nice place near Riva so usually, when I'm shopping or have a walk down the street, I stop here. Cakes are fantastic, always fresh and super tasty and service is good.

Beautiful cake display, so hard to choose just one! We ended up going back three times for coffee and cake and we never had a bad one. Prices were reasonable.

The cakes are to die for and the coffee makes life worth living, the staff are helpful and you can take stuff away in nice boxes. It is not overly expensive and I would definitely go back there, if my waistline allows.

I love cakes, especially chocolate ones but here... All of them look nice but when it comes for tasting... Nothing spectacular. Just ok. I gave 4* because staff is nice and polite, interior is nice furnished and coffee is good.

While the desserts here look absolutely divide, the taste is fairly average (unlike the above average price). We have gone here twice over the past two months and both times found the service to be rude. When we asked questions about what was in some of the desserts the worker was unspecific and treated us as if we were stupid.... More

Just thinking of it makes my mouth water. We came here twice during our 3 night stay in Split, it was around the corner from our apartment in the old town and we enjoyed both visits for cake and coffee after dinner. We had the Opera, the creme de la creme, Vienna and Istanbul which were all decadent and melt... More

If you are dieting, stay away from this place because you will surely fall in front of the display of wonderful patisserie. Although a bit high on the price, cakes are really good and will satisfy the finest palate.
