Loved it!

Konoba Marjan was absolutely lovely - really nice little restaurant with a perfect homely feel. The service was excellent - to the point where my wife wanted a particular drink that they didn't have on the menu - and rather than just say no the waiter said - "Don't worry I'll go to the shop and get... read more

We had just a fantastic experience here last Friday night. Ordered the sardine entree and the octopus salad to start along with a bottle of R6 (white wine - excellent choice). Enjoyed both starters. Then shared the Fish Plate which is a mix of 4 different fish, scampi, and shrimps. It comes with a mix of sauteed vegetables. Again excellent... More

I can recommend this small place. Great seafood, not too much visitors (March/April), also what I call 'fish show':) and may be a bit too much attention to us the tourists. At the same time if you rent a house with all the kitchen appliànce, you may benefit from using local fishmarkets (ribarnia) having fresh grilled fish daily and very... More

If you want to have fresh and tasty seafood with excellent service this is a really good choice for that. The waiter shows and tells you everything about the fresh fish they serve that day. I really enjoyed my lunch there, all was perfect. For dinner you should make a reservation.

We spent the last evening of our croatian stay in this restaurant. The food was really good and fresh. We had prawns, shrimps, gambas and Seabass which were all cooked to perfection and very fresh! For the sides, the vegetables were absolutely delicious and so were the potatoes. We chose to follow the advice of the Waiter for the wine... More

Had dinner at this beautiful little restaurant tonight. The waiter was lovely, bringing a platter with all the catch if the day out to explain what each fish was, how it tasted, it's texture etc...and offering wine to go with our meal. Authentic Croatian wine, it was delicious - and nice having the region and history of the wine explained.... More

We were a party of 8 and had no chance of securing a table, so we went by ourselves hoping to gat a table the next night and were in luck. Franco was a pure joy, made us feel at home and made several very good suggestions. The Octobus salad was amazing, as was the Scampi for a main course.... More

Went as a group of 5 friends, had to wait for a while to get a seat even though it was around 330pm. Well worth it though. Langoustines in white wine and garlic sauce: Sweet and fresh langoustines in a sauce that was very well done. Not too much garlic and enough fresh herbs. Tuna steak: Also cooked very well,... More
