Dined here during a trip to split in September 2014. Our meal was very good, great choice of food, good service and reasonable prices. Would eat here again.

Visit with my family at the last day in Split. It came out one of the best in the city. Would recomend to anyone for the dinner. Also nice atmosphere.

We had dinner here with a group of about nine friends, sitting outside soaking up the early evening atmosphere in one of the quaint square of old Split. Although not busy, the service was a bit half-hearted. We were seated at a large single table, and then left for quite whole before the table was set for us all, and... More

We came in this October for a small dinner, so we ordered a salata caprese and a salad with eggfruits(aubergine) slices with proschiutto. The Mozarella used was terrible: hard, rectangular cut and without taste, it was a mozarella which is used in cheap pizzas! The eggfruit salad looked better but was also without any taste and the used cheese was... More

After a long drive we decided to have a late lunch at Marul. We just left after waiting 1 hour for a pizza and a spaghetti :( It took a long time but finally our waiter told us "only 30 seconds more", then changed his clothes and ended his shift leaving us with still no food... no excuses or explanation... We found restaurant Marul in Split via a flyer. It is located just outside the palace walls, on Trg Brace Radica 2 just behind the boulevard on a little square with the statue of poet Marko Marulic. We eat there for 4 times and every time the food was great. We took the meat and french fries or baked potatoes... More

Visited Konoba Marul for lunch after a recommendation from our hotel (Hotel Vestibul). I had the squid ink risotto which was one of my best meals during our stay in Croatia. The house wine was also great and perfectly matched to the food. Service was good and the restaurant is located in a very cozy little square just off the... More

This really nicely situated cafe restaurant in an old square is a pleasure to visit. Do not be fooled by the white table cloths next door.......it is horrible! Here the menu is good, the service is fine, and the boss wants you to come back.....and you will. TAKES CREDIT CARDS, UNLIKE NEIGHBOUR...... We had good mussels and good fish.......and a... More

Great service and good food, value for the money! The waiter was quick with drinks and dessert for our two-year-old who needed something in a hurry.

We stopped there on our last night, we sat inside as it was a bit windy and cold outside. Inside the decor is very quaint, most people stayed outside so we had the inside all to ourselves including the TV showing the World Cup match on that day. Service was very good and rapid. The food arrived quickly and the... More
