Good food and location

We went there for dinner in an agreeable evening, but unfortunately we did not have a table outside. On the other hand, we could see that inside was very nice as well. The restaurant was completely full and we were the last ones to have a table (in high season a reservation is fundamental!). The... read more

My boyfriend and I went here for our final meal if the holiday. He had the chicken in mushroom sauce and I had the muscle risotto. Both very good dishes. Atmosphere was welcoming and friendly and the outdoor seating was not too near the road.

A busy little restaurant (almost next door to a very good laundromat), well advised to make a booking. The service was efficient and friendly. Good advice given on local wine. Our starters, sardine brucshetta and scampi risotto (quite a large serving )were okay but nothing to rave about, but the mains, whitebait (my husband declared as good as he has... More

We were fairly impressed by the food here. We had lasagne which was good but slightly dry. We also tried the veal but the best dish was the coq au vin which was delicious and perfectly cooked. Service was great and prices very fair. Wouldn't mind going back for another try and sampling some of their other dishes.

We were walking past outside tables and noticed lovely food. When speaking with patrons they highly recommended the dishes they were having, so we took their advice ... and a table. We were not disappointed. The service was great and the food was the best we had found in Croatia so far. 4 different people and 4 different dishes and... More

This restaurant was recommended by our host, and was definitely worth going to. We had Mussels, Whitebait, and grilled lamb. These were cooked perfectly, served just as the locals would do. Simple and delicious. Including two glasses of local wine each, our meal (two people) came to 315kn. Excellent value, highly recommended.

Value for money just a little out of the way (but not too far) from the busy streets of split but a great find. Had a seafood risotto for starter and then seabass. Both were excellent with a glass of red wine. Lovely atmosphere (quite busy) with great service (excellent English spoken). Really glad I found this place.

Had seen this konoba on Trip Advisor, and was glad to have found it. Really cosy surroundings, and we were lucky to get a table as extemely busy which is usually a very good sign. Fabulous steak dish. Would go again when next in Split

We ended up here by accident as we were going to another restaurants that ended up being full. We were not disappointed. The staff are SO friendly and helpful and funny and the food is GREAT (seafood) we ordered fish and it was AMAZING. Honestly a great restaurant and i cannot understand the negative feedback given here.
