Our small family restaurant is run by Father & Chef, preparing dishes that are passed on by his mother and grandmother. Our family lives in this neigborhood for more than 300 years. Blessed by the heavenly Adriatic, seafood is mainly our thing. As we depend on the weather working with fish, daily menu is flexible. Vegetables are bought on the bazaar behind the palace & the fish-market is 100m away. Even our wine & olive oil is made by local family producers. Enjoy traditional Dalmatian dishes in friendly atmosphere.. Welcome foodies!

This restaurant was recommended to me by the person in charge of my accommodation in Split. I stopped by without a reservation, and they were full. (The place is small; it's very busy which I took as a good sign.) I made a reservation for the following night. What a treat! The waiter brought over a huge platter with the... More

So im a solo traveller and turned up at this small restaurant without a booking, but they managed to accommodate me regardless. The waiter was very friendly and welcoming. The food was great, full of rich flavours. The only thing that threw me off was the price. I only had 2 courses with no alcohol and it came to €40.... More

I was lucky to find a seat at this restaurant, as it is tiny and very popular. Some of the freshest fish I have eaten in a long time, simply prepared with garlic, lemon, olive oil and parsley was superb. The carafe of tap white wine, was the perfect compliment. Friendly and efficient service. Try to make it!

Maybe our expectations were too high, but this restaurant's reviews are over rated. Food quality, service, quality price ratio on average for a Croatian konoba. Nothing special

The "konoba" is verry small and cousy, but here you can taste the real flavours of the see, cooked simply perfect. If you are hungry and don't know what to eat, this is the perfect place to go. The food list is not long, but the waitress will help you to choose and you won't regret it.

Must say the grilled Squid and Caramel Apple Pie were simply excellent. Very small restaurant but the wait to get seated is worth it.

Home atmosphere young and friendly staff, over rated on listing of restaurant's in Split. Squid and calamaries were tasty and portions were balanced in "healty" manner.
