Our small family restaurant is run by Father & Chef, preparing dishes that are passed on by his mother and grandmother. Our family lives in this neigborhood for more than 300 years. Blessed by the heavenly Adriatic, seafood is mainly our thing. As we depend on the weather working with fish, daily menu is flexible. Vegetables are bought on the bazaar behind the palace & the fish-market is 100m away. Even our wine & olive oil is made by local family producers. Enjoy traditional Dalmatian dishes in friendly atmosphere.. Welcome foodies!

Amazing restaurant, make sure you book!

This is a great little restaurant serving tranditional Croatian food. It's very small and gets booked up so make sure you book a couple of days ahead, we booked on the day though and managed to get an early table at 6:00pm. Brilliant food and lovely location inside and out. Had a great fish platter as well as some squid and octopus which was all good. We booked to ensure table. Unfortunately service was very slow at times, not helped by constant stream of people coming in to book.

Hello Mr Tom! We are a very small family restaurant with only 7 tables. Therefore we have double eveninig bookings, around 19h and around 21.30h. Every night during these hottest two months, we have to politely rturn away about 40-60 people. It takes a lot of our time, as we want to serve everyone who wants to eat at our... More

This restaurant served some of the best food I have ever eaten. We got the platter which consisted of an entire sea bass, mussels, tuna steak, hake steak, sardines & prawns, with a simple cabbage side - all for roughly £30. The fish was cooked to perfection and worth every good review it's received. To drink we shared a bottle... More

Very nice fish, really enjoyed it. The chef chose which fish to cook for us, and it ended up really good. Would definitely recommended

Best fish restaurant I have ever been too, wouldn't hesitate to return. The restaurant was fully booked when we arrived, I recommend booking in advance, they asked us to come back in 30 minutes and there would be a table for us. We returned 30 mins later and, as promised, there was a table set for us. They bring the... More

We had lunch here at 12 and were offered a choice of today's catch. Decided to go for a mix - a fish platter for two - a big portion, recommended by the staff, as best value for money. It was indeed at 290 kuna. But first came gambas in garlic wine sauce. A must have!

Made a reservation in the afternoon for outside, because of the bad weather he told me of it rained don't come as inside was fully booked. Came at the reservation hour it wasn't raining so we were lucky to sit outside he also had a... More

Very good standard, food and service. Good relation prices to the offer. During summer table needs to be booked at least 1 day before.

Was here with couple of friends, it was my first time although I'm from Split and was really surprised. Food was excellent, portions sizes fair and prices really affordable. Service is laid back and really pleasant and in my view represent true Dalmatian spirit.

We booked a day in advance due to the advice of our host, and it was definitely worth it! Lovely food, excellent service, and an all round exceptional evening!
