If value for money is what you are after then look no further. Two people can easily enjoy two dishes with sides and drinks here for under 200kn.We went here twice during our stay. They offer traditional dishes such as Sarma and your typical Dalmatian grilled seafood. We never had a bad meal here. We had good service here with... More

We were recommended this place by a Croatian who told us we should try Pasticada which is a typical Croatian dish and it was great, comes with Gnocchi and it a meaty dish (bit like meatloaf), the meat was cooked very well and was tender and tasty and we ate it all. We also had a Cevapi which is another... More

Dead easy to find - unlike some things in central Split, just carry on walking from the 'Riva' towards Marjan hill and you'll find this quirky and delightful eatery. Wooden tables crammed onto two terraces, plus some extra seating inside, you'll very likely end up sharing a table with somebody else, as it's deservedly popular with locals and travellers alike.... The service might seem a bit direct at first but they are all actually really helpful. We ate their twice, once for lunch and once for dinner. Both times it was good. They have some food already made (like stews), therefor it can come quicker. And some food is made right there and takes longer. It also says so on... More

Walking along the seafront one would have thought that this cosy looking restaurant on the corner would offer food and service complimentary to and reflective of its wonderful location. DO NOT BE FOOLED. I ordered breaded chicken breast with gnocchi. It was boring. The gnocchi was slimy and reminiscent of something that had been sitting in cold, oily water since... More

If I went to a dog race and the fake rabbit that spurs the hounds on to run around the field at break-neck speed to catch an illusory prize was even remotely as rewarding as eating at Fife, I would be happy. First up, the token charming woman welcomed us into the pit of hades, we sat outside on the... More

Fantastic! The staff were patient with us even though we took some time deciding what to order. We ordered pasticada, mixed meat with cabbage, and batter fried squid. The food was heavenly, and it is definitely underrated on this website. They serve local food at affordable prices, not to mention that it was simply delicious. The waitress surprised us by... More
