Great idea to give back to the community. The children are cute and learning how to provide service and to speak english. The restauarnt has a limited menu of local foods. Service is OK (hey its kids). Only open 1 day a week. Go to support the kids and the concept.

This a wonderful NGO and deserves to be supported. We visted about a month ago or so. But, to be fair when evaluating Kids restaurant against the wide choices of restaurants in Antigua, the food is average. Typical mexican food, presented well but nothing that others don´t do.

The KIDS Restaurant experience is by far one of the most special you will have in Guatemala. It is completely run by children who have learned to cook and speak English. It gives them a wonderful opportunity to do both of those things, and they clearly enjoy it. If you have the chance, it is highly recommended!
