We went to AngieAngie for some drinks and snacks on a Friday night and really enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere in the gardens and the live music.

The atmosphere of Angie Angie is great. They have a lovely garden to dine in and have great food and wine to choose from. The pizza is amazing as is the Gnocchi. Later on in the evening there was great live music to enjoy. We had a visa debit issue (visa works, visa debit does't) and the owner was kind... More

This is probably the worst meal I've had so far in Antigua, Guatemala. I've lived here now for three months and went to Angie's with a group of friends to celebrate an occasion. The wait staff was very nice and accommodating and the atmosphere is quite charming. There's an outdoor garden with a bonfire and lovely artifacts add to the... More

I had the worst time at Angie Angies this weekend. It was impossible to get the server's attention, the food came out late, cold and bland. I'd heard this place was decent but that the owners treated the staff poorly. I decided to give it a shot and immediately regretted my decision. It was loud, obtrusive and uncomfortable to be... Excellent choice for dinner in Antigua. The back of the restaurant features a lovely garden with a fire pit to take the edge off of any evening chill. I had a wonderfully grilled beef tenderloin (with fries and a nice small salad featuring a light, tasty vinegarette dressing) and a glass of a tasty Malbec for under $20. Service was... More

Our favorite place to eat in Antigua. You must try the chicken curry fries here. So yummy! Amazing food, and wonderful drinks. The art is beautiful and the outside courtyard is lovely. Great service, Angie is the best. She is really nice and will dote on you if you tell her how great the food is! Try the mushrooms. Enjoy!

While I have no complaints about the food, the owner, Angie, has a bad reputation for treating her musicians poorly. I witnessed this first hand during dinner. We came to hear a German gal sing & play ukelele. She had performed Friday & Saturday & was supposed to also perform Sunday, but when she arrived, her mike & sound equipment... More

A lovely place to visit. I enjoyed my last night in Guatemala here and the food was delicious, especially the very generous Ceviche starter. Really welcoming staff and looks like lots going on too for live music which had ended by the time we arrived. Big garden and open fire at the back too for warmer evenings. Art works to... More
