My husband had a frappe and I had a sorbet shake, they were helpful with me (because I can't eat dairy) and we were able to sit there for 30 min at a table

The very best ice cream anywhere ! Not very many places have such an extensive variety of cones (homemade ones too) and selcection of flavors. It's hard to make a choice so one must keep coming back.
Stand in line for what seems like forever, but once you make it up to the counter the joy begins. Kids and adults love it, expensive ice cream but the fresh waffle cones being made fresh are tasty!!
The ice cream all tasted good, but it was easy to tell it was the end-of-season purge, as all the ice cream we ordered had far too much ice crystal build-up in it, resulting in a not so creamy dessert. Taste-wise, everything was pretty good, but even the 'special' flavors didn't blow us away. It is homemade, and relatively fresh,...

Loved all the flavours I tried, but pistachio was amazing. Lines are long but as said by others worth the wait and the staff always seem friendly and proud of their product (they make the icecream there themselves. )
what is a summer vacation without ice cream...and ice cream is the best here at the Juice Bar. Could be a line but it moves quickly and worth the wait..the best ice cream cone on the island.
A trip to the Juice Bar is another Nantucket institution that goes along with the Brotherhood. I love the blackberry ice cream, but the crantucket was pretty good too. The lines after dinner can be daunting but the wait is worth it.
VERY popular place often with lonnnng lines. If you are walking by (whether you want ice cream or not!) stop in and grab some homemade ice cream or a smoothie. Really good and unique flavors. Bring the cash. You'll need plenty of it here!
We spent all day on Nantucket with 2 other couples, and this was one of the highlights! We went to The Juice Bar before getting on the 10pm ferry back to Hyannis because we had passed by it earlier in the day and smelled the sweetness of the fresh waffle cones being made. So, after dinner, "the girls" went back...

There's a reason you will wait on line for 30 minutes to get ice cream here. It's fantastic! Tons of flavors to choose from but perhaps the best thing about this place are the waffle bowls and cones. They cook them fresh right there and you can smell the waffles from blocks away. We stopped here every night for dessert!
