We stumbled upon this sandwich shop late morning after getting off the ferry on Labor Day. A little crowded, but evey person in our party, children and adults, loved their sandwich. Grilled cheese, egg salad, but especially the Thanksgiving turkey sandwich and the Italian. The portugese bread made the sandwiches extra special and we each felt like the cat who... More

Great place to grab a quick bite before or after ferry ride. Nice variety, and fast service. Located right by high speed ferry.

A great place to lad up on sandwiches for a trip to the beach or a ride on the ferry. Excellent choices and well prepared!

Absolutely wonderful tasting turkey sandwiches - tastes like thanksgiving between two slices of delicious Portuguese bread!! Not a lot of seating room, so it's definitely more ideal if you're wanting to continue strolling along the wharf to take in the sights.

Beware Nantucket is expensive: this restaurant was recommended for a reasonably priced place with healthy sandwiches. Excellent huge sandwiches for about $10 each. The sandwiches come on a variety of homemade and fresh bread. Friendly staff and very crowded. Small area of indoor seating or better outside seating by the water or in the courtyard. I would recommend if you... More

We stopped at this place for coffee and a sandwich when arriving at Nantucket for a day trip. It's actually just off the ferry port. I was expecting more of a "touristy" place, but I actually saw a lot of people that looked like frequent customers. Coffee not that good, but the sandwich was delicious.

Used to love this place, but over the past few years has gotten very inconstant. Been here 3 times this summer and each time was given at least one wrong sandwich. Product sub par. Not worth the hassle.

We have enjoyed the Provisions Turkey Terrific sandwiches many times in the past and they were the best. It has been about 6 years since we were on Nantucket and with a rain day on August 13 we stayed and extra night in the Boat Basin on the Beneteau 50 and the morning of the 14th I headed out to... Just before boarding the ferry to head back to Hyannis, we grabbed half a dozen sandwiches for our group. The choices are a bit on the foodie side -- which I loved, but the picky teenage boys didn't (they settled on the BLTs). We also got the Italian, Caprese, and the Other Turkey. We took the sandwiches on the ferry... More

The sandwiches we ordered were great but they didn't come with a ton of meat. Recommend the Italian. Packs a ton of flavor. But if you want the best sandwiches on Nantucket, I recommend you try Something Natural.
