A great dining experience

Love the ever changing innovative food .overall a very good choice in dining...eating outside is a special treat, make reservations and plan on spending a bit of time before your reservation at the tree bar outside and meeting a great mix of locals and visitors

My husband had the short ribs and I had the shrimp scampi-both were wonderful. Our server Plamena was very attentive and added to the experience. If we had more time on the island we would've definitely eaten here again.

We had 40 minutes and asked the bartender if he could feed us. He could not have been more welcoming or efficient. Drinks, menus and orders were taken care of in a flash and we thoroughly enjoyed one of the best steaks I have had on Nantucket and a very nicely done scampi. Great food and service

Went to Queegues with two friends. Had made reservations. Cute small restaurant looked inviting. We ordered the chicken wing appetizer. Wings were very undercooked, almost raw. Then two ordered the Char. One ordered the pork tenderloin. The tenderloin came with baked sweet potato and delicious roasted Brussels sprouts. The pork was very undercooked (rare). The char came atop about two... More

My husband and I had our first meal visiting the island here. Excellent shrimp scampi and wonderful friendly service. Small intimate meal great for a romantic celebration.

We love Queequeg's for their great food, possibly the best shrimp scampi we've ever tasted! Their staff is friendly and prompt. The patio is great spring, summer, and fall, and the Tree Bar that they share with Town Restaurant is the perfect in-town hideaway for a cocktails. There is one romantic table inside, to the side of the bar, but... More

This little restaurant, tucked in on a Nantucket side street, it just the ticket for a cozy and tasty dinner or lunch. A fully stocked bar and a wonderful seasonal menu make this a place we come back to often. Last week we enjoyed delicious Nantucket bay scallops fresh off the boat paired with a coconut pineapple risotto. The price... More

We ate here in October with friends. Queequegs is small and cozy with a nice bar and comfortable seating. The staff could not be friendlier and with a nice downtown location, this is a good spot for a reasonably priced dinner the heart of the historic district. This was clearly a fall menu with braised short ribs on the menu... More

Queequeg's (and its sister restaurant, Town, next door) prepare tasty food and libations. In the summer months, the "tree bar" (on the patio shared by both restaurants) is an especially attractive and small area which is actually located beneath a tree. The food is not haute cuisine, but the menu has some interesting selections and will satisfy most diners.

Our meal was delicious from the short ribs that both my mother and I decided to try to the chocolate cake with the orange sauce that I am still talking about. I can't wait to go back!
