Friends insisted on dinner here this weekend, in spite of my protest from a previous bad experience. Let's just say that nothing has changed. Basic mundane food served to a captive audience by a disinterested staff. It's all a formula. Based on X number of wealthy hotel guests, they can count on Y number of reservations. The food isn't terrible,... More

The beautiful view of Nantucket Harbor is the draw here. Food is OK but not worth the inflated pricetag. Service is cordial.

Dining here is what Nantucket is all about- beautiful scenery, outstanding service and unforgettable food The beef carpaccio appetizer was phenomenal as was the stuffed lobster thermador- a must if available- a very light, extremely tender and flavorful dish

Other than the server, who was pleasant and attentive, and an excellent Cosmo, nothing good about this. We sat outside and were attacked by mosquitos. The hostess did get us some bug spray and server rolled the plastic tent side down so that was the end of the view! Food was bland, un imaginative and overpriced (and we are not... More

Great venue good wine selection but really just overpriced hotel food. Expected more from a hotel like the White Elephant.

Excellent service - steak outstanding. But pretty limited if you don't have a hankering for surf or turf. Tried Quiona. We didn't agree.

So disappointing! I don't mind paying for a good meal, but $40 for 3 scallops that were undercooked???? Everything was a la carte. Just sooooooo disappointing for over priced food that I ate at other Nantucket restaurants for 1/3 the price!!!!!!! DON'T waste your money here. The view is not worth it!!!!

Dear Krisiek22, I'm so sorry and disappointed to read your review and that we obviously didn't meet your expectations - my sincere apologies. It sure sounds like we missed the mark on your scallops. Our scallop entrée is actually one of my favorite entrees as chef normally sears them to a perfect medium with that beautiful caramelization on the outside.... More

Sunday afternoon I enjoyed a marvelous brunch and excellent service on Nantucket at the Brant Point Grill. All the food was fresh and plentiful; hard to do when the brunch started at 10 and we didn't arrive until 1.The omlet was the best I've ever had, added a side of crispy applewood bacon, heaven! The wait staff is top notch... More

Some places are so top notch commenting on them less is more. Let just say this the best view, the best service, the best food on nantucket and I should know my wife is from ACK and I have been going there since 1998. Don't waste your time going elsewhere they are all just playing the part in trying to... More

We have just finished our first Brant Point Grill meal of this summer season. We love visiting the White Elephant for drinks and dinner. It is a magnificent setting overlooking the rolling green grass and the views of the harbor. From being greeted by the hostess to the servers....the experience was outstanding. Loved the meal. We had a yummy surf... More

Dear TTTNewton, Welcome back!!! The Surf and Turf is one of our best sellers offering the best of both land and sea.... The freshest Main Lobster combined with the Filets Mignons "Oscar Style" with jumbo lump crab meat, asparagus and Béarnaise... Chef Tom did it again, yummy... ... The ever changing views over the harbor are indeed magnificent, combine that... More
