Very mediocre

We went for lunch with a large group. Some of the food was ok, but the service was mediocre. They also served 11 oysters when we ordered a dozen and then said there were some quality issues - but that we wouldn't be charged for the dozen. But of course, they forgot and charged for a dozen etc... read more

18 of us flew in {5 separate airplanes} for the yearly Christmas walk. We all met up at Arnos over the course of 1/2 hr or so. Those of us who arrived a bit later had to wait 20 minutes to have our orders taken. We waited another 30 minutes to have it served. No silverware. No water. No coffee.... More

A group of 18 flew to Nantucket for the December Holiday Stroll and had breakfast at Arno's. We were seated at table without settings. Though our orders were taken promptly most arrived incorrecltly. Food was delivered without silverware. Folks who had arrived slightly earlier were served last and their orders, too, were incorrect. An omelet and OJ was $25. The... More

We came here for lunch. Waited an hour for food. Half of our drinks never came. Dirty glassware. Bad customer service.. Manager told us a lot of people walked out and he was about to walk out! My breakfast plate was 20$. Waited another hour for the check! Worst time spent of the little time we had on the island... More

After walking in and out of quite a few of Nantucket’s Main Street shops, we were happy to come upon Arno’s right on Main Street. There was plenty of seating when we walked in and we were seated right away. Loved the brick décor – and the atmosphere. We started with a cup of Clam Chowder (very good!) and then... More

$50.00 for a cold lobster roll, and a couple of draft beers? OUCH! The service was polite, and the bartender was good enough to get up from his break to pour another beer, but even though the place was nearly empty, I had to go ask them for more beer, they couldn't be bothered to come to me.

We have been going to Arno's for decades under many different owners. We've recently started going again for breakfast and it's been terrific. We often meet here after church and the food is terrific and service is friendly. Great location, lots of good options. Recently had friends visit and they were really disappointed with Black Eyed Susan's but loved Arno's

My husband and I were driving through the town center looking for a late lunch. The town center was bustling with activity and there have been challenges with parking all week, actually expected following two storm systems that kept people indoors for the weekend. Spotting Arno's we saw the large "Open" sign in the window and noted they served lunch... More

On the Hy-Line Speed cruise to Nantucket we saw over and over on the TV monitors advertising for Arno's and decided that's where we'd eat upon arrival. Arno's advertise breakfast from 9 - 3 and lunch from 11 - 3. We got to the restaurant at 1:15, the door was open and a young lady was sweeping up inside. As... More
