Fresh sandwiches, great bread choices, generous fillings, friendly efficient service. Very popular place with cyclists or beach goers and seemingly very popular with tradesmen! A little bit difficult to find, so don't miss the sign. Great area with picnic tables under the shade of the trees

the sandwiches are the best, no skimping on very fresh ingredients, mine is always ordered on the portugese bread, vegetarian selections are great, brownies are very rich and delicious, take away or eat in the yard on picnic tables, great spot to stop as part of your bike ride, don't go to nantucket and miss something natural

The bread is off the charts,,,unigue and wholesome in flavor /taste/aroma....sandwiches are f=huge and enough for 2 meals a couple all fresh ingredints and totally stuffed.....cookies are to die for....not inexpensive but worth every cent.....Herb bread when placed in home toaster will evoke questions of " are you cooking a turkey dinner"""" sorry to you all know ...this place is... Took ferry from Hyannis for the day and wanted quick punch during bike ride. Menu was simple with everything delicious. I had a sandwich in 6 grain bread that was fabulous. A half sandwich is plenty unless extremely hungry. Ate outside on picnic tables on a gorgeous day.

The bread and baked goods are insane! Get a whole sandwich, even though it will keep you full all day - trust me, you'll want it! We always start here to fill up before a day at the Cisco Brewery! Here's our tip: get a big sandwich, a loaf of bread and a bag of cookies to take with you.... More

I too have been coming to SN for decades, since the original owners, always with eager anticipation...sadly two recent visits echo the comments of other late summer visitors, sandwiches are not nearly as hefty, and lousy hot house tomatoes both times we visited in the end of the summer on Nantucket? Sandwiches used to be hugely overstuffed, now <1/2 the ingredients... More

Some of the best sandwiches ever! I went here every day and always ordered the same thing - the lobster roll, 1/2 sandwich with lettuce and tomato on 6 grain bread to go. It is as big as any whole sandwich and costs $11. Very delicious and filled with big chunks of lobster. People in line were ordering various types... More

If you are looking for the signs to this place, keep looking. Check out google maps, as there is no obvious sign that there is a resturant here. That makes it a hidden treasure...great place to have a picnic. Bread is super, cookies are the best! The doughnut muffins are original with them, and the sticky buns are really good.
