When you step in, it feels like the bakery your parents took you to on Sunday after church...the smell is intoxicating. Great muffins and cupcakes, a fabulous assortment of delicious cookies. They make a carrot cake that is to die for.

Coffee was ok, self serve, no lattes. Didn't try any pastries. Very nice looking place inside. Pricey.

I have been here many times and have given this bakery many chances. To be honest I really do not understand how it survives. Their pastries are very below average and their cupcakes godly awful. Do not get the red velvet cupcake! In addition, they claim to have morning buns, but don't be fooled! They are a bad version of... More

We ate a Morning Bun every day--- scrumptious! Also I highly recommend the Chocolate Salted Caramel bars. Service was adequate, although one day while the clerk was in the middle of waiting on us, a manager or owner insisted the clerk stop and leave with her for deliveries. This left one other girl in the middle of two separate orders.... More

Get there early- they sell out of all the pastry soon after opening! If you go later in the day you might wonder what people are raving about because there's really nothing left except bars and cookies. Very pricey but what isn't on the island in season?

Stopped in for a blueberry muffin, cupcake and a morning muffin. DELICIOUS....blueberry were so plump and fresh, morning muffin was fresh and delicious. My mom had the coconut cupcake and loved it.

Bakeries are bakeries and they usually have something they specialize in. I don't know for sure but the cupcakes here are among the best I have ever had. I would skip most everything else and head for the cupcakes and some iced coffee.

I could go on and on about the pastries at Petticoat, but I need to focus on a single spectacular item...the Blueberry Muffin. I love chocolate croissants and those sold at Petticoat are some of the best, butone morning my wife and I split a chocolate croissant and a blueberry muffin. And afterone bit of the muffin, I stopped eating... More

This is a destination for those who like the best in baked goods. Good coffee is available as well. I frequently give a boxed cupcake as a gift to family and friends. The prices are high, so I view this as a place to purchase special treats.
