This place never disappoints. The food is delicious, the servers are polite, and the atmosphere is relaxed. Try it!

This is a very busy place, partly because it's connected to the busy airport terminal and partly because they just serve good, affordable meals here. We came for breakfast, craving coffee, which came fast and robust. While my wife ordered her favorite scrambled eggs with sausage, potatoes and toast, I took a chance on the Portuguese omelette, which paid off.... More

You'd think that because Crosswinds was located inside the airport the food might be stale, farty and over-priced but, I swear, this is the best meal we had on island. Granted, we have kids so I'm sure there are real swanky joints that'll serve all kinds of expensive awesomeness but I'm not going to take my kids there. Crosswinds offers... More

We read really different ideas about this place and agree with "who would think that you could get good food in an airport" and yet we really did. Jambalya that really hit the spot with delicious fish/shrimp/sausage that wasn't too spicy and a smoked salmon sandwich with great fries...and that wasn't the special of the night...they say the specials are... Great meal - at an airport? You bet! Be sure to check out the daily specials. We went on steak night ..the filet was one of the best i have had in a VERY long time!

It was one of the better places on the island. A good value and the service was excellent. The food selection was great for an airport and they didn't rip you off as airport restaurants usually do.

Ordered a simple breakfast of sausage and eggs scrambled soft. What I got were hard eggs, doughy toast with some petrochemical based spread on it, deep fried potatoes, pretty darned awful coffee and perhaps the worst service I have experienced on Nantucket. I should also comment on the fact that my eggs were cooked in approximately 4/5 tablespoons of some... More

I had a hankering for eggs Benedict, and my friend said let's go out to the airport. Of course, this is the restaurant that was featured in the sitcom Wings years ago. I was quite surprised to find what a large place it was, and how many of the tables were occupied by what appeared to be locals. The menu... More

We ate at Crosswinds upon our arrival in Nantucket. As it is the only restaurant at the airport, we didn't really have a choice. Surprisingly, the restaurant was great. It was a Saturday morning,so the place was busy, but we were seated right away and service, overall, was very good. A better surprise was the food. Not only was it... More

Just because this restaurant is in the airport, please don't pass it by. You wil enjoy it. We flew in on 5/27 and stopped in for breakfast. I had Vanilla French Toast (small stack) and my boyfriend had Hash and Eggs. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal. Our server was Suzette and she was friendly, courteous and attentive. We were flying...
